Very good bread and a lot dish choices, but of them not labeled so when picking yogurt, you don't know what is it exactly. Comfortable bed and very nice view on mountains. Also hotel being in the middle od the road to Kamienczyk was a plus. In morning hours swimming pool is empty as well as patio (tho patio was empty all the time). We got broken window (reported to the reception), broken door chain (fixed after reporting), missing bottom part of the sink (the one that is in the sink hole), very loud ventilation in bathrooms, leaking shower head, no kettle, forbidden to take coffee/tea to the room or any cutlery, very dirty and sticky floor in the dinning hall (next to drinks), missing salt and pepper when more people arrived, very poor choise of dishes when it comes to dinner (even cold one), broken lockers on the swimming pool, no seperated line on the pool for individual guest (not groups), very poor quality of billard table - uneven table, balls in bad conditions as well as cues, no climatisation in the rooms (in May it was already hot).

I didn’t like attitude of one of the lifeguards. One lifeguard (with long hair) was very nice and friendly, the other one was not, he made us feel like we were intruders.

Pool included in the price. Not at all a 4star hotel. Olny Polish channels on TV, poor breakfast, a little shabby, no accessories in the bathroom, no restaurant.

The room was large with fantastic view. The sauna was great. The terrace on the 15th floor was amazing. The meals were delicious but I missed something sweet for breakfast, there was nothing like donuts or croissants.. The swimming pool was dirty (but water was clean). The bowling - there were not enough balls for children (not so heavy), we asked the barman for more and we got no help. The hair dryer in our bathroom was horrible - dirty and really non-friendly to use.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, good food, friendly staff, nice pool and bowling. We had a lot of fun here :)

Rooms need to be renovated as they are not maintained well enough. This hotel is more of a three stars than four. They should not charge guests for parking.

Food was excellent, good variety, very tasty! The staff was friendly and helpful. We've really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna, which were not too crowdy on saturday evening. The property also has billiards and bowling at a very reasonable price. In general - we've got a very good valu for this price and left very happy with the hotel and our stay.

Location was great. The views were fantastic. The rooftop tarrace access was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable. Location. If you are walking be prepared to walk up a steep hill from the town to the hotel. You are in the mountains after all.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds and quick check in. A bit dated to be honest. Bar service finished at 10pm week nights so that was disappointing.
