Nice pool and close to the town but without being noisy Insulation is not very good. We heard baby crying every night.

Swimming pool is great, especially lighting. Great breakfast and beautiful scenery. Cool reptiles is lobby. Short opening hours of SPA, making it hard to use without children. Making it last longer would give time for adults to rest in peace.

1) Rooms are spacious with a nice view and small water flow sound. It was clean. 2) second big advantage is, the hotel is in walking distance from main station and city center. 1) the staff: the staff cannot speak either English or German properly and very much not interested in taking translation help via Google or any other app. Even though they did not understand anything, they won’t convex that. The communication is a big problem. They don’t know the simple business terms like invoice or bank details. We had to ask them repeatedly about that. 2) payment: you need to pay with cash. The booking.com did not take money from your card and the hotel does not have any facilities to pay via card. If you are an international travelers like us please be aware of this. 3) the swimming pool: it is certainly a good facility but the pool itself has so much chlorine and have lots of sand and dirt inside the pool. 4) the breakfast: the food is very standard. Nothing to speak about!

The hotel is really good and the Spa saved our vacation as the weather was really bad. The staff is friendly, the room had a balcony with a view of the river. We also liked the breakfast at the hotel. You can hear almost everything that happens in your neighbour's room

Staff is friendly. Room was big and comfortable with a balcony. SPA is well maintained and perfect after a long of hike. Breakfast is nice and products changes everyday. You can park the car in front of the hotel. Sound isolation is not perfect. Swimming pool is small for the amount of people. Breakfast lack fresh fruits. Staff doesn't speak English. You have to pay cash.

Sauna and Pool are excellent. The hotel was very nice, even though we didn't have water for 2 days in the morning which was not very pleasant but the staff was very helpful. During check out, we've been told we could only pay with cash or instant transfer, and not with credit card. It would've been much more appreciated if the staff had told us during check in.

Nice, smilling, friendly and very helpful receptionists!! They did everything for us to make our stay comfortable, helped us in our requests and they calmly answered all our questions - many THANKS to them. :) The pool, whirlpool and sauna were good and relaxing. We definitely recommend massages - Miss Monika was really kind and the massages was amazing! The location is good - close to the center. We are definitely coming again. :)
