Marriott Tacoma Downtown

This is my hotel when I head into Tacoma to visit family! It’s so centrally located the people that worked there are helpful kind. The hotel is spotless. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms with an amazing staff. The only thing I’d change would be the parking garage… spaces are a bit tight if you have a non-compact car.

I loved the accommodations and hospitality. They treated me very well and the room was excellent for a decent price.

Stayed Thursday until Monday. Check in was great the hotel is clean and staff are helpful I’m not sure if the housekeeper policy. We had to ask for as the service.

Hotel was good. Our toilet had a leak.

Not bad. Place was a little dated. Also a little run down for a Marriott. Room / sheets/ towels felt more like a Fairfield. Great location great staff

Location was great. Under 10 minutes to Tacoma Dome. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The pool was nice and rooms were nice! I was over charged and double booked a room and no one contacted me or helped me adjust it.

Room was not clean, even the amenities pamphlet was sticky and we couldn’t look at it. Hot tub jets didn’t work, and the water was cold. There was trash and garbage outside of the elevators and inside of them. The woman who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was to get to our room, and which floor we were on, just handed us our room keys. She seemed annoyed that I asked how to access the elevator and our room. You can hear everything in the hallway, it was extremely noisy because there was a themed party with a DJ outside. The only positive thing was the room view and the property location. Would not stay here again.

I booked through Expedia, 2 queens. When we checked in and went to the room it was a king. They were out of queen rooms but they gave a roll away and comped breakfast.

Took my grandchildren so they could swim in the outdoor pool and hot tub and exercise room, great food, love the night time bartender.

Parking was tight but was still able to manage.

I didn't like the parking garage. I saw an exit sign several times when I was trying to exit the garage and ran into a dead end. The exit sign was for pedestrians, not cars, but how was I to know? Definitely need better signage. I didn't like having to back my car up to try and find the vehicle exit! Very frustrating.
