The staff was incredible, very friendly. They helped for the check inn process on the machines which didn’t accept my french visa debit card. The first room we got hadn’t been cleaned, it took less than 5 minutes for them to change the room. We needed help to warm up some pizza leftovers, they did. Dirty. First room was filthy ( toilets with stains, and hair ) Second room had hair everywhere on the floor, sticky floor Carpet floors in the hotel corridors are obviously never washed

Good location, close to many good food and accessible to get souvenirs room seems a little too dark, bed was comfortable but feels a bit too old

Location is pretty good but the price was even better. Unfortunately this is no MTR from Taichung high speed train station to Taichung station. The transportation is just so so

Very comfortable stay, like the cleanliness of the hotel room, staff also very friendly. May choose to stay here again if I ever go for a vacation.

Modern furnishing and very clean. Seamless check in, familymart just across the street and all round good location. The water refiller runs out of water at the end of a day.

Great modern Hotel room. Friendly staff, though rarely there as the hotel is designed as mainly self-service (check in and out at the counter machine). No supervised luggage storage.

The environment of hotel is good, hotel location is in city of taichung, nearby a lot of souvenir shop such as Taiwan sun cake and pineapple cake, for long stay they will have clean up service, the opposite side of the hotel selling Crispy Salted Chicken also quite nice. the last day of staying in this hotel, suddenly power cut but not completely cut. The light keep flashing and it's in the night that we need to have a good rest to prepare for going to taoyuan in the next day. In the end, the hotel return the money to us also and in a good attitude, worthy of appreciation.

The location was closed to the train station and bus stops with buses to the Taichung airport. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was stable for showering. Suddenly no electricity and water at night and found no one could help at that moment as we were staying at the highest floor of the hotel. Luckily the hotel refunded us the staying fee for compensation.
