our room's AC was not as cool as we prefer. It was very warm even when we set the temp to 20 degrees. It was ok when we were asleep, but during the day or early evening, it was still too warm.

The room isn’t completely sealed from light, so I woke up early in the morning because of it.

The room is spacious, and the location is convenient. It is close to the night market and a shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. The room is quiet and no problem getting a good sleep during the night or evenin the afternoon. I felt sick during the trip, so the comfort of the room gave me a good rest. There is no restaurant or breakfast in the hotel, but we just go out, and there are lots of cafes just around the corner. Not hotel related - we took the bus to Taichung city center and the wait is longer than expect (bus not according to schedule). So we just take uber when coming back.

Big room, bathroom comes with Japanese smart toilet. The street in front of the hotel is very dark. The restaurant coupon doesn’t seem a real benefit.

Loft room for 4 pax. The toilet, shower and wash basins are in 1 room. It may be good to add a curtain to separate the shower and add a sliding door to separate the toilet. Then the 3 separate areas can be used by 3 people at the same time.

Restroom shower floor drain was a bad design and bad craftsmanship. Check the details with front counter staff. My room is 307.

Good location, clean, nice staff Not enough parking space onsite. Need to park the car in the parking space nearby, even the hotel will redeem the fee, it is not so convenient. Other than that, everything is good.

The location is great if you are going to fenjia night market. The bed is comfortable and it is very clean. It is not near to any public transport especially mrt, partly because mrt in Taichung is less advanced as compare to taipei and koahsiung. Also, the hotel can be more flexible on check-in time if the room is ready. Just imagine how good it can be if the guest get to go the room to clean up before heading out.

The location and environment is very good and over my expectation. Especially that upgrade my room due to stay 3 night at this hotel. The place also very convenience for 7-eleven, family mart, gorceries shop and night market. I will recommended to my family and friend. I will booking again when I travel Taichung, Taiwan. A bit difficult to plug and charging the device. The way for inform housekeeping is not convenience because we will forgot to inform. Maybe can set other way for housekeeping.

location I recently stayed at the hotel for two night. when we were checking in, the receptionist asked whether we need to do the room tomorrow. Because all customers have to order in advance if they are need their room to be done. We said YES. But next day, the room had not been cleaned and the towels had not been changed.
