The only one tiny issue was the hot water. I waited for few minutes, and it's quite unstable.

Reasonable hotel room size, spacious bathroom, great location (close to the science museum), great front desk staff, great room service / towel replenishment, and overall cleanliness and quietness of the room. N/A - I wish it had come with hand soap / soap bar in the bathroom. Other than that I liked everything else.

Staff exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a large group with multiple rooms. Staff were so helpful.

location was good room lighting wasn't that good, curtains are not big enough to block sunlight at the edges of the windows, room was so bright at 7am

The room was big! and comfortable, and the bathtub was very comfortable. Good place to relax after a tiring day for sure. Maybe the location, it's a difficult city to decide which location to stay in, but it was not bad at all! If I had to say something maybe this would be it.

good location, room & bathroom offering a lot of space, big bed (not the most comfy, but okay) mold, mold, mold due to poor cleaning. had water coming out from underneath the tiles when stepping on it. cleaning standards are not matching the general impression of the hotel.

Modern looking room. Nice sofa at lobby. Hotel staff service were average in general. However, there was a curly hair guy called Vincent. I met him twice during my stay in the mornings. Gave me valuable information. Excellent service. Boss should give him a pay raise! Nearby, there was a Japanese restaurant (信兵衛手作丼飯壽司) with more than 40k reviews. Try if you want. No international socket in the room. You could purchase an adapter from the front desk. Forgot the price. Towels were not really clean. Saw a stain in the first one that I was looking. Hardly used it again. I had mixed feelings about the location. It was walkable distance from many places. About 20 to 30mins. However, the streets were a bit dark in the night (after 10pm) because most shops were closed.
