I like it that it's close to the bus station and there's 7 eleven nearby, pretty affordable too. The suite I chose is not bad for a solo traveler like me on a budget, I'd say it's pretty comfortable, as a whole. Nice cold/hot drinking water and basic amenities. Nice 1 day buffet on a Sunday. First, before booking, I asked if the breakfast will be a "buffet", and they'd clearly answered "it will be buffet for your 2 days". Only to suddenly find out on my first supposedly "buffet", that it will Actually just be "NT60 worth breakfast a nearby brunch place. It was not enough for a decent breakfast if you're about to explore the city the whole day, plus I had to pay more for my drink. When I'd complained, one of the man receptionist raised his voice on me, didn't even apologize and it seemed like he's upset that I was telling them they actually mislead me, which is the truth. I'd shown him my proof of the misleading information on my chat with CS in booking.com. They must be trained better on how to handle an upset customer especially since I was right and they're on the wrong. (For others--PLS double check if you'll have a buffet or a discount only on your breakfast, so the misleading that happened to me won't happen to you!) Moreover, the drainage is the bath doesn't function well, while taking a bath ..it would "flood" and it's a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the closet is too small, you can only open half door and you'd have to squeeze in your things inside.

Staff are very accomodating even if we had language barrier. Lighting in the room is very nice! Room is okay for short stays The distance between the wall and shower curtain is too narrow. Better to remove it instead

I booked it here because of great references for delicious breakfest. Instead I got a voucher for 60 TWD from receptionist for bistro opposite, where they gave me black coffee for 60 TWD and the rest I have to pay. Weird !!

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was abit far off from the main attractions but nothing too bad, since public transportation options were plenty.

Clean, comfy, air condition is cold, hot water is hot and strong, TV channel many variety + movies to watch, near a sushi restaurant which is awesomely delicious, very very delicious breakfast. Nothing.
