Excellent location, good service and good breakfast. Free parking is very helpful. The bed is a bit too small and sometimes getting hot water takes forever.

Location is incredible. Breakfast is incredible. Staff is incredible. Pleasant large green walk in front of hotel, just minutes to walk to the National Science Museum. Only a couple blocks to walk to Charm Roaster for an afternoon coffee.

Very good locations and the price is reasonable. Hotel did not provide rubber mat and the shower room is very slippery. It did provide rubber mat after calling front desk.

There was a bad smell in my room, like a broken sewer pipe, when I told the staff they said they would "send house keeping" but it was a bigger problem than that. Probably the AC smelled bad. The AC was not cold. Pillows too soft and not comfortable, even when they brought new ones.

The location and service The bathroom is very old and outdated

I traveled with my daughter. The location was perfect walking distance to convenience stores, malls and food places. The area was clean and felt safe even for evening walks. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel was nice as far as location but it did feel a little dated for me as far as the room and bathroom fixtures.

WiFi was so bad and hard to connect to. And gym access needs to tell front desk first. The bed sheets were not tucked in and a member of our family tripped on the untucked bed sheets.

Breakfast : Still ok but too simple. There was a male at the counter who was not very polite and spoke in a harsh tone when answering customers.
