The staff were helpful. The room is clean, but my partner has some red spots on the body after one night stay. Probably he has sensitive skin.

Everything is absolutely great. Staff gave me a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub and everything is nice and comfy. Not really an issue since I got a free upgrade but would be nice if there were a dedicated faucet or something that would make the bathtub fill faster. Relying on the shower head took more than 30min.

The room was spacious and clean. I confused a bit when I just reached to the building and did not know where the lobby is. 20 mins walk from the MRT, Calligraphy Greenway and some other famous spots. The staffs was really helpful, i lost my wallet and they helped me to check the camera.

Room was clean, cosy and well decorated with modern concept. There are shower and bath tub in the room. The room feels very spacious. The bed were comfy and manage to get a good night sleep. There is a coffee machine in the room, free snacks, water bottles and canned drinks as well when you check in. Breakfast was simple and tasty and also have options for vegetarians and those who are muslim could enjoy the breakfast. On one of the day of our stay there, they even served nasi lemak :) and iced Milo. There is also a halal Egyptian restaurant 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Since the hotel is into conserving the environmental the hotel does not provide any toliletreries so make sure you bring your own.

the staff were very friendly and the amenities within the room (snacks, projector, balcony) were lovely! we enjoyed our stay immensely the lift had a little bit of a strange scent and although the bathroom allowed for 2 people to shower at once, it would be better if there were hooks within the shower cubicle for hanging our clothes

Room was spacious and had all necessary amneties. However, the building itself is shared with other tenants / residents, with only 2 lifts. May take very long to head up/down during peak periods, especially if one lift breaks down. There is a security by the lobby so it still feels safe. There is also a family mart conveniently located at the building.

Absolutely great experience. Rooms look exactly like photos. All bites, coffee capsules, and drinks in fridge are free. Breakfast is simple but delicious.. Cozy stay, and my family loves it.

I have been in Spring Hotel, same building with Autumn Willow Hotel. The facilities are excellent and full option for staying: comfortable bedding, auto bidet, thick towel, welcome zone, nice staff. The air con is unadjusted, it seems default setting and clients cannot touch.

Rooms were clean, service was good Location further from town so mainly travelled via Uber.

All the staff are very helpful, friendly and happy people. They went out their way to help us from our transportation, where to eat and finding the best place to take the bus. The breakfast was delicious and the room is pretty big. The location is a little bit far from the good restaurant.

size of the room just fit the need, bathroom is very good size, staffs are helpful and nice! The toilet for lobby kind far from pront desk, and the day I went there no toilet paper.

Room is big, facilities are enough. But my family suffered from the bed bug! It’s terrible! Cleaning is terrible! Stains everywhere in the bathroom every day.
