- Central location of the hotel - Breakfast buffet, which was a traditional Taiwanese breakfast was decent - Some hotel front desk staff were friendly, whilst one other staff was less friendly - The hotel room was very cold, as there was no heating in the room, whilst we had low evening temperature of 13-15 celcius. My mom and I both slept badly due to the coldness and woke up with a headache - When I asked the front desk if we could get extra blankets, they wanted to charge us 150 Taiwanese dollars for each blanket to cover the dry cleaning fees, which I find unacceptable - The carpet floor in the hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned - The hairdryer was placed in the closet and not easy to find - The hallway of our floor had a strong cologne or perfume smell, which was unpleasant. The hotel staff can consider using some neutralising spray to get rid of the smell

Location works for me and would do for most people who would like to ben central but quiet in the city. Wifi was slow and unstable

Location was good. We specifically chose this place based on our needs and price point. In the hallway it smelled as if someone was smoking and the basement where breakfast was served was cold (temperature wise).

The place is in a excellent location and the facilities are very good, with very clean rooms, comfy beds and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was incredibly small and had a musty smell. I expect it was a smoking hotel until recently. The breakfast was very unappealing and served in a dark basement. I didn't have it a single mornings I stayed there.

We booked the hotel on very early November before our trip on January but we’re wondering why we be arranged on the very low 3rd floor and the view and the lighting are extremely poor. The room even DOOR TO DOOR TO THE ELEVATOR !!!! Also, we noticed that we didn’t met any other visitors on this floor, and only workers can be often met on this floor…we wondering whether this is a kind of…discrimination? As it seems that the some other visitors checked in with us had been arranged on higher floors. There even used slippers hasn’t been cleared in our room when we check in:( Disposable items provided but the number is wrong. Understanding the check in policy mentioned that the check in time is 4pm but rigid even you only arrived at 3:45pm. Equipments are old, even no sockets near bedside tables.

When we came back from our tour our room door was wide open. The staff said the door battery ran out. My mom and I didn't feel safe so we requested to change rooms. The staff changed rooms for us and were supportive.
