In a very quiet district and next to Family Mart which is super convenient. And the staff are also very helpful. All in all is a very good place to stay in Taichung

The amenities were great. It was very spacious and the staff are very friendly and considerate. It could be a little bit cleaner.

I think this hotel wasn't very clean. After one night of staying there, my friend and I both had small bumps on our face near the eye area. I woke up one morning with more than 20 small bug bites on my legs (might be mosquito?). I informed the staff about it and they apologized and immediately had the room deep cleaned and sanitized. They offered to compensate me for any hospital visit, but since i was traveling, I didn't have time to make a hospital trip.

We like the friendly staff who is very patient in explaining the hotel facilities. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and tidbits provided by the hotel. Our room came with a small balcony The bathroom tiles are too slippery. The pillows are too soft and it will be better if can provide 1 hard and 1 soft pillow. The rooms are not fully sound proof. We can hear the loud footsteps sounds from the level above us. Very disturbing at night.

The bed are comfy, the lighting is pretty good. Free snacks. Breakfast is decent The parking is very limited. Beware! There is no imbursement as well. They just say "sorry, you are too late, we cannot do anything about it". Price is quite expensive compared to other hotel in the area.

Breakfast not included the feel of the room didn't sit well. Kinda sterile but it had all the right things. And the free snakes and water was good too. Front desk Lady named Meg was exceptional and helped me a lot. Prising was too high for the property entrance and elevators

Superb location, breakfast room. The little 'lounge' between the two rooms is not inciting and certainly not comfortable but the bedrooms are increadibly comfortable the 'lounge' area

Superb value; on-site, high-quality massage service; and good location near the city center. Access to rooms is a little complicated. The hotel shares its building with several other businesses, and getting to the right elevator and having it arrive takes a little while.
