Incredible location, steps away from city center, yongle market and chikhan tower. Tons of good eats and street food around. The staff members are 100/10, especially the young lady manning the front desk with the pony tail-phenomenally friendly and attentive and hospitable. They make sure you have everything you need, always greet you and opens the doors for you. there’s water dispensing machine on every floor, and the rooms have everything you need with great water pressure. Two things to note : there are no elevators, the staff will absolutely help you with your luggage and I used it as an opportunity to get some exercise in, but do note if you have limited mobility; there is a temple next door that set off firecrackers occasionally but unless you’re indoor all day again, shouldn’t be a big issue

Sad that I didn't stay longer :D

Amazing staff, great location & value. Complimentary tea room

Amazing hotel very close to Guohua street. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a social area also. The most important attribute is the amazing frendliness and helpfulness of the ladies who run the hotel. I had left my backpack in a restaurant 1 hour away by car, and they got it back for me, and refused to accept any money. They are very kind!

The staff really is the cutest. Friendly, helpful, overcoming language barriers, offering mochi when you least expect it. There is free coffee and tea all day. The location is also great! The air conditioning system (not the individual one in the room but the general one from the house) is too loud. The rooms don't have a window and thus the room smells slightly moist.

Extremely friendly, nice and welcoming staff! Rooms are spacious and very clean and payment can be done via credit card, no cash needed. Easy location to explore Tainan. Will definitely recommend.

Above all, the humanity of the staff was too great. I had a good time for three days. There is no such thing.

An elevator would be more convenient for me.

Location good, near to eatery street, basement with free beverages & air- conditioned where friends or relatives visiting can meet to chit-chat. No elevator

Wonderfully kind warm lovely helpful staff, who went above and beyond and even baked a homemade cake for us! It felt super welcoming and was a real pleasure staying there The room was very small and didn’t have a window. Not a problem but the price was very high for what it was, probably due to it being National Holiday

The rooms were cute and cosy. I was not lacking in anything really. The beds were v v v comfy. The rooms were windowless but it also meant you could get it pitch black for great sleep. I enjoyed the use of the tea room (with a fridge) and the luggage storage room. I had such a good stay here. The ladies running the place were so kind and welcoming. They were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to go and eat and the best way to navigate around. Appreciated they made themselves available via LINE even after reception hours. Would come back and stay here the next time I’m in Tainan.
