The location is near to the city., room is clean. Everything is very satisfied.

Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Nothing bad stands out, but on the other hand there was nothing very good to be excited about either.

The breakfast was basically the same both days: hard boiled eggs, fried items (such as chicken nuggets, or spring rolls), pan fried greens, and toast. The bathroom was a bit short, for example, it had a bathtub and a shower-head, but one could not stand up on the bathtub to take a shower, rather one were forced to take a bath or kneel while taking a shower.

Location very central. It’s more like a hotel for business travellers so more basic but meet your basic travel needs. Comfortable, fantastic to have water station right in the room. Great to have private, gated parking lot on site - you can pull up in front of building to check in and then move your car to the parking lot (if the gate is closed). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options, but some more variations from day to day would be nice (stayed 3 nights). But we were never left hungry. Could use more hooks in bathroom and hangers.

I like the location, the water fountain in the room, the helpfulness of the staff, and the good breakfast. Lack of space to spread out a suitcase.

The staff are friendly and are available 24/7. The room is big, clean, confortable and very nice. The air conditioner works perfectly, it has a sink with drinkable water and a mini freezer. The bathroom is clean and big enough, I liked it a lot. The only thing I didn’t like is that the card to enter the room is the same to power up the electricity, so the freezer will shut down, also no electronic device could be left changing while you are out the room. But this is not a major issue really, at least for me.

Location is good due to its proximity to Chhiah The hotel shows its age from the moment you step inside. The bedding is visibly aging, with tired linens and sagging pillows that offer little comfort. In the bathroom, space is extremely tight, and there's no curtain for the shower, causing water to splash onto the floor every time it's used. Perhaps most disappointing is the breakfast: a barebones spread of low-quality items served with indifferent service. The stewed meat smelled spoiled. The lady working at the breakfast service was extremely rude. When I went to get food for the second time, I took a new plate for hygiene reasons, but she came over very aggressively and insisted I continue using the old one. It was unhygienic and really affected my mood for the rest of the day.

The room was very big and nice and came with snacks and drinks, great value for the price. The AC also worked amazingly which is pretty rare I feel. The free breakfast was also very good and the staff was very helpful when I asked about ingredients due to allergies. They speak a little English too which was nice! A bit far from major tourist attractions

Room was big. I'm a solotraveller and i could finally reorganise my backpack without problems due to lack of space. Breakfast. I'm a EU-citizen and simply not a big fan of Taiwanese hotelbreakfasts. But I saw fellow-travelers eat there with more 'gusto'.
