Fantastic location for food & exploring Tainan, as many water bottles as you want, Nespresso machine in room, bathroom, abundance of convenience stores and even a full scale supermarket right across it. The outside of the building, valet outside in the evenings procuring business for business club.

Helpful staff and friendly. They changed our room without hesitation when our initial room had some unpleasant smell upon check in. The room is huge and comfortable. The hotel decoration is youthful and cheerful. At least we are provided one-time use slippers which some hotels don't. Appreciate the staff for allocating a car park spot for us which is really convenient and helpful. The lift is old and constantly breakdown due to high usage as the hotel shares the building with residential apartments.

The entry of the building is weird and old, but once you got to the hotel everything is clean, nice and comfortable. Best value for money. Nice clean and big bathroom. They let us use the parking hours after check out and it was amazing. No English speaking

Comfortable bed. Large and modern room and bathroom. Locked balcony. Tiny bugs on table/wall. Scary entrance and elevator. Room smelled like bug spray. Wifi didn’t work half of the time.

The bed was amazingly comfortable The hotel is located in a very very old building and area, feels like walking in some red-light district, definitely don’t recommend female travelers to stay here, there’s only one staff at the reception, so quite often to see the reception is unattended. Long stay won’t make the room unless requested.

Location and friendly staff. We reserved a movie 6 room, which is so spacious with 3 queen beds, big screen. Big bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 showers. Very cool room.

The room itself was very modern and quite nice looking from the tasteful curtains to the headboards and rain shower head and soaking tub. The staff work hard and do their best to help with questions and help booking a taxi. The location is just steps to a 7-11, a Family Mart and a PX Mart grocery store. Unfortunately, there were two mosquitos in our room that we heard buzzing when we went to sleep and which bit us. There is not a dedicated 24/7 front desk staff. The staffer also has to clean rooms so we had to wait for staff to arrive to check in and then it seemed like a difficult process as it took quite a bit of time to get our keys. A little more training or practice to make checking in faster would be ideal. Also luggage is unattended in the lobby at various times. The outside entrance from the street is shared by other businesses and the lift is utilitarian.

The room was great, clean, comfortable, location was great, overall good value. I would definitely recommend. When we arrived we were given a room in which the window doesn't open, and it smelled a bit. As it was late and the kids were tired, they offered to switch our room the following day (which we did, and that was much better). The first room was also missing some amenities (towels, etc.) which according to the staff "ran out". I also didn't like the fact that they charge for 1 hour late checkout, I think they could have let it slide whenever possible.

The location was great. Close to 2 streets with great food. Some of the stuffs in the room were abit old.

Nice hotel with very lovely staff. The room was big enough for a two week stay. There’s no microwave or kitchen space which would have been useful.

Staff was friendly, all was well. Beds were comfortable and shower and toilet were good. Had no problems.

Worth the money, very spacious, clean and in good location… would stay here again when I come back Tainan…

Overall good quality

Seems pretty new with an interesting/unusual interior style. Cool and modern. Good location, close to the popular food spots. Parking and entrance to the building looked and felt a bit shady. The room design is industrial and thus gives a cold feeling. Love it or hate it.

Nothing I stayed there with my husband and my baby of 1.5 years old. The room is very noisy, you can hear not only the noise from the street, but also from the hallway and the adjoining rooms. We were unable to rest during our stay. Added to the fact that the mattresses are old and very uncomfortable, I even ended up with bedbug bites. The coffee maker was super dirty and the room in general was not well cleaned, we could see a lot of trash and dust under the couch and the bed. They also don't offer daily room cleaning, which was super inconvenient for us with so many dirty diapers from our baby. The fact that there is not always someone at reception does not help either. So we had to call for someone to come at least to pick up the trash. Many of the comments recommend the place for its location and on the photos didn’t look bad, but it is not worth staying there since it is an excessive price for what they actually offer. I would have preferred to have stayed in a more remote but clean place, where I could really sleep and where I would have had better care.
