The breakfast was mostly Chinese dishes, with very few options for other flavors. Even adding universal classics like scrambled eggs and sausages would be nice.

Bed was comfortable and room size was good Good breakfast, different options each day Professional and helpful staff Good location, next to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store and bus stops The bathroom didn't have good ventilation and there was a window in the shower with blind to pull down and cover it. The blind wasn't cleaned well and there were signs of mold.

Well-located hotel next to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi in central Tainan. Very accessible to Tainan bus routes and close by lots of restaurants and stores. The room was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a bit dated but was very well cleaned and maintained.

Nice location with good connections (e.g. to central and HSR stations) and short walk to many attractions. Neat and clean hotel. Quality of breakfast varied per day. Not all staff spoke English. Bad sound insulation in the room. The room was quite small and had an odd layout with the bed right at the entrance. The promised “city view” was an ugly wall filled with A/Cs.

The breakfast was good. The location is very good. Sound proof didn't exist here. Can hear very clearly the noise of TV as well as the conversation of the room next door. Some hotel guests talked too loudly next door. It was almost midnight. I was obliged to call the front desk to complain.

The breakfast changed each morning. It was very convenient, comfortable and the laundry area was very good. Only a very small thing. There wasn't a power point on both sides of the bed. Not a biggie.

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Great location - near the blue print creative and culture park, Mitsubishi department store, and a convenience store next door. Within walking distance to major attractions. Good air conditioning. No fan in the bathroom and no where to hang towels.
