Great location, rooms were clean. The staff were friendly as well. Lots of food and activities within walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride. The wifi was not good in the rooms.

The location was ok but it's a bit far from the train station. The room was rather dark as it had no window and we were not notified beforehand. You need to bring their breakfast vouchers to the nearby restaurant so as to have breakfast.

It was a little strange having no windows in our room. On the other hand the room was quite soundproof .

The toilet is spacious clean and simple. The shower pressure is the best of all. The blankets can be thicker and the pillows can be more. The room can have more sockets and the lighting of the room can be brighter.

Overall, the hotel facilities and location are good. The cleanliness was acceptable too. The afternoon/evening staffs were good. We feel disappointed with the hotel services. We experienced constant loud clicking and clacking sound coming from the walls and the ceiling of the room throughout all of the 3 nights we stayed. When we brought this up to the morning staff (a guy) we feel his explanation did not make sense and he did not offer any apology or acceptable solution. He said that the sound came from wifi signal sound, which doesn’t make sense to us. As far as we know, wifi do not make this kind of sound, and this sound came from all over the room, not just one place. His solution was to give us earbuds and he said that if we wanted to change to another room, it would be a much smaller room. This is not acceptable to us since we have already paid for the deluxe king room, so we decided to stay. We have our own earbuds and we wore them but the noise was just too loud. Also because sometimes the noise came from the wall right behind us or the ceiling right above us, earbuds were useless. It was really torturing for us to stay another 2 nights under this condition. We can’t upload videos here to show just how loud the noise was. The hotel really needs to find out the root of this problem and offer acceptable alternatives to complaning guests. Honestly, for this quality of service, this hotel is overpriced. We have stayed in much better places with similar prices. Also, while they do have a parking lot, it can only accommodate 4 cars. We were told that their alternative parking lot was far away from the hotel, about 15-20 minutes walking distance. Or we can park at the roadside. I will suggest taking this into consideration if you own a car.
