Clean and great location Kind of noisy during the night

The staff at this B&B are wonderful! We had given them a heads up that we were traveling by bike, and when we showed up they had upgraded us rooms knowing that we’d appreciate that after a day of riding. We were allowed to store our bikes inside and the staff also took the time to show us multiple different spots to eat and visit during our evening in the city. The facilities were clean and the bed was really comfy. Nice sized room. 11/10! Nothing, all was good.

The owners were very helpful with food recommendations. They kept our luggage until our room was ready. The room was very spacious with lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and shower worked well. Everything was very clean. The location is great, just a couple of blocks to the Main Street with restaurants, a laundromat is a block away and the traditional market area is a few clocks away. All good.

Spacious room. Dark and quiet at night. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Water dispenser. Convenient to shopping and food. Some people may find lack of elevator hard.

The rooms were very nice, lovingly furnished and even included a balcony. Parking our car was no problem and the owner was very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities available. I loved the cozy bed , working desk , and the hot shower . I highly recommend staying here as the owners were amazing and It's a wonderful place with excellent service and value for money. Not applicable

Really cute basic hotel, the owners were great, eager to help in anything, from helping us finding a taxi to recommending a good restaurant.

The owners were super nice and accommodating. They gave me a map and told me about the town and various places to eat and things to do. The owners were nice enough to help me book an appointment at a salon too. The location is central.

Fantastic location close to a 7-11 and access to the mall and many restraunts. Owners were exceptionally friendly and made our stay super comfortable. They speak English and were pleasant to chat with. They even surprised us by upgrading our room for free, and provided us with a local treat upon checkout. We look forward to returning one day!

Great welcoming host, offered us a lot of informative details to the town. Room was great, was clean, spacious, all amenities available. the hospitality of the host exceeded our expectation, for e.g we were provided accurate directions, friendly greetings whenever we were back in the room, and gave us free snacks! The location is really a plus point situated in the central of most eateries, night market and places of interest. Everything is just a 10 mins walk away. The owners of the minsu are friendly and will advise the recommended eateries and places to go ?? there’s also free parking just across the street in the designated minsu carpark if you drive ! It does not have a lift but this is quite usual for most minsu in Taiwan

Exceptional service. The highest quality of service we have met on our whole Taiwan trip. We had some trouble on our hike and arrived extremely late, the owners actually waited up for us as they were concerned for our safety. We arrived dirty with soil and completely exhausted, yet at midnight they helped with our luggage and started the heater ahead for us so we could shower quickly and rest. We are truly grateful. The room is very clean and spacious for packing. The BnB is well located along the busiest street, walking distance to 7-11, laundry facilities and many popular eateries. Parking is just a street away. The owners were clear in all instructions getting to the BnB, helpful with recommendations on food, parking and getting around in the area. They spared no effort to ensure our utmost comfort. Highly recommend None

The feeling like 5star hotel.

I like the breakfast and the location is in the center of Taitung city.

Smack in the middle of town, quite cheep, and a decent breakfast (if a bit small). But the owners were the greatest, both wanted to make sure I was doing alright and tried to help me in various ways. It was a bit noisy, I was on the top floor and there was some kind of water pump above that was making pumping noises throughout most of the day.
