The hotel and facilities weren't brand new, but they were maintained and clean enough. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was small, and it was a little hard to fit in a large water bottle.

Like the hotel very much, location close to night market and morning market. Value for money. Love the complementary 2 extra large instant noodles given by the hotel everyday. Nice and yummy. Will stay Traveler Hotel again if given a chance to travel Taitung in 2026. Nothing.

Excellent location, spacious room, friendly stuff. Only a small minus - there was no mosquito mesh on the window so I got a few mosquitos in the room.

Good location near the central market, old railway station, music village and seaside. Great that the hotel provided bicycles for free too! Helpful and friendly staff with great recommendations. I would have preferred the hand towel to be an actual towel instead of a disposable one.

The electric installation of the hotel was a huge danger, loose cables everywhere. My phone overheated while charging. Then the smell coming from the pipes of the bathtub was horrible, and the shower was mouldy. As a cherry on top, the mattress is just a wood table. I know in Asia have usually thinner mattresses than in Europe, but this was literally like lying on the floor.

The staff were very friendly and offered great recommendations for places to visit. They were also very accommodating, even driving me to the train station themselves when there was a problem with my taxi.

The location is very good, right in the city center. The rooms are quite spacious and everything was clean. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were extremely hard, unfortunately not very comfortable to sleep in. There were also not many places to put things in the room (like a small table or chairs). I hope they improve this in the future.

Very good location in downtown Taitung. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were only able to use a bit of English. The facility itself and the rooms were rather old, but acceptable at this price. The bathroom/toilet looked like it's been renovated and was very clean. Not much, except that the furniture and floor looked worn out.
