Really great place to stay if you are traveling by car as there is spacious parking space next to the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, lift and helpful staff. We can really recommend.

We only went to sleep. Enough, since it is well located. The shower, although it does not have separation as usual, is at the end of the bathroom, making it a little more hygienic. The staff was really friendly

The room is not large but clean. A coffee machine on the first floor. The owner even let us check in earlier at noon!

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The owner actually called the bus telephone line and confirmed the bus schedule for us. We took the advice from the hotel owner and went to night session of a public hot springs. The hotel beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and spacious. We had good rest after a long day of cycling.

Very friendly and helpful staff. English was a bit limited but all the basics worked well and translate apps are always a good backup. convenient parking right at the other side of the street. We checked in late, had a clean and newly renovated room and a Well equipped bathroom. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again. Overall really good value for money (but it was low season and during weekdays). As always, sound-proofness of these cheaper hotels, especially of the doors isn't perfect. It was less noisy as in hotels in the same price class but if there are loud noises on the floor you will be able to hear it.

Room space quite tight, not much wiggle room Was advertised that breakfast included. In reality, no breakfast was provided.

Though the room is somewhat outdated, the TV has not many channels and not very good image, the location is great and the staff is supersweet. My toiletseat was loose, but after I told the host, he apologized and fixed it right away. Same with the TV, but that didn't last. I think it needs to be replaced. Also the shower had a broken support, which should be fixed. The toiletries are complete. The room wasn't spectacular, but I am easy to satisfy. It was clean and even during my two nights, they cleaned it in between. The bed was comfortable. At the entry you find an expresso machine and cookies and other goodies for free. I hardly made use of it, but the gesture is nice. The hotel has an elevator, so no need for climbing stairs. Bicycles are free to use. After 2 days I wanted to lengthen my stay, but due to a triathlon that weekend, all rooms were already reserved. The owner apologized several times, he offered me to find another place for me as Taitung would be crowded. Indeed most hotels were fully booked, but I managed to find room on my own. He speaks English, somewhat limited, but enough to get by and google does the rest. This place gave me a good feeling, it was a very pleasant stay. From entering the hotel until the last minute, they were super lovable. Xie xie! The TV was ready to be replaced. Bad image even after "fix". Not a big deal you me though.

the owners are very nice and helpful! lovely hosts the bed is comfortable and the room is very clean the offered bikes were not working very well, but as they were offered at no cost it should not be a problem. should you wish to bike to the coast, consider renting a bike instead
