The guy that made the check-in for us was super friendly! He was helpful too but we didn't like the attitude of the lady that was later in the reception, in a tourist setting, having a positive attitude is essential.

The location is good. The room had a strong musty smell and this was a problem during the whole stay. Breakfast didn't have many options available.

A clean, solid hotel in the heart of Taitung. A comfortable bed in a large room with good sound-proofing. And we loved the free loan of bicycles: Taitung is made for cycling! More power outlets would have been handy. There were no knives to be had at breakfast.

Location, price point. Huge hum from (outside) aircon units. Could be from neighbours; not sure. Kept me awake most of the night. Breakfast rather ‘meh’ on the western part. Not worth the effort.

The room was spacious and the staff very friendly. The hotel is not expensive, The rooms may need an update. There was quite some mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was OK, but it would be nice if there were also savory options to put on the bread (cheese or meat).

Friendly staff. Nice scented air in the lobby. Free parking (gated fence) just around the corner. Every day bottled water free of charge. Spacious room. Big double beds. They serve traditional breakfast. So for us vegans the options were limited. When watching a movie the sound coming out of the TV is a bit muffled. For the two double beds each duvet was actually for one (and a half) person. For us it was no problem. One extra chair would be nice. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and central location, not far from the beach, parks, night market and railway art village. Close to bus stop options to/from train station, can use more than one route (NT$25-26pp), or is about 600 metres to the actual bus station. Bed was so comfy, pillow was a little soft though. Breakfast was sufficient, had run out of a few things when we went down and there were still people arriving after us - still enough to choose from. Hotel had everything we needed for 1-night. Would stay again if return to Taitung

Breakfast. The fridge did not work. The reception (of a rather big hotel) could not provide us with pressing iron. Contrary to the statement of the hotel that the staff speaks english, noone of the staff spoke/understood even the bare minimum.

I am indifferent to this. I wasn’t that keen on the location really but I made the choice not knowing. The breakfast didn’t suit me at all. No butter and the coffee from machine not good. I cannot comment on the Taiwan selection as it didn’t appeal to my western taste I’m not sure. It was quite bland overall. I have nothing to say bad or good. The coffee and breakfast was not to my liking

Has a nice foyer and reception area. Breakfast was terrible. The food was not fresh at all. The advertisement states a city view however you only can see roofs and walls of the buildings close by.

Cleanness is ok. The staff made a call to the room and checked why the credit card holder’s name differs from the name that was registered for the room, ridiculous.
