Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

I left a note on top of the AC unit to help them be aware of the issue.

Staff was ok I thought there was complimentary breakfast however the lady told me it was a buffet for the team that works there. If guests want breakfast they have to order. I brought two protein bars from convenient shop inside hotel. $4 dollars each. I just sat by the pool in early hours of the morning. I didn’t like my hotel room it was not comfortable. I’m glad I only had one night stay.

It’s an older hotel but it was clean. The flooring needed replaced in the rooms. The pool was nice but along a busy city street. The staff was helpful. The location was good.

The staff were super friendly especially Kevin. Thanks for everything we had a great stay with a wonderful view. I could see both the stadium and the capital building.

Booked the room through Hotels.com. Room cost was not low. Booked the hotel 5 hours prior to arrival. Booked this particular hotel because it was "pet friendly". Could not find pet fee anywhere on hotels.com site or the hotel website. My room fee was NON-REFUNDABLE. Upon checking in, I am told that the pet fee would be a triple figure, plus deposit. I wanted to walk away but would lose the non-refundable room fee. The front desk person would not work with me on any type of compromise. I will not stay at another Four Points Hotel again.

Old and dingy average feeling hotel. Get what you pay for.

A couple of hiccups were unexpected but Kaija at the front desk was very helpful with getting them sorted out. Staff was concerned about our issues addressed them as best as they should have.

On the list, they offer free breakfast, but only free coffee.

room was clean, friendly staff, air was decent, did have one tube looking hair in the tub and on towel

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room also the parking is horrible. Would have been difficult for anyone with walking issues to trek back from the parking lot.

I walked into my room and had two queen beds. I had booked a king room and they told me they had given it away earlier in the day. Not a huge deal because I was traveling by myself, but still.

Kaija at the front office was amazing.

However I did not stay there during FSU football season

It was wonderful and very clean.

The bedsheets were dirty had to call room service to change the sheets which I never had to do anywhere we went

For Me the hotel is outdated and not so clean. It was ok for one night stay and the location was excellent but most like would not come back.

The slamming of the doors was very annoying and loud. Overall, I slept well.

Shower had some mold around the safety handle. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Hallways drab--need painting. Building appears updated but old. Restaurant service was poor and food overpriced.

Staff was friendly, hotel is not huge, but fine for a short stay. Rooms were very clean. Be mindful it does sit off a main road and you can hear traffic even on the seventh floor at night. But let’s be honest the location just minutes from FSU amazing.

Great stay. However, not as close to FSU as stated on the website.
