There wasn't any suger for the coffee, but that was minimal.

Location Just is not taken care of… Needs more cleaning and maintenance and update and repair.

Location Dirty, things do not work, the place is dated.

Good location, close to the tram The apartment was very dirty, all the floor filled with dirt. Host very unkind, we came as a family with 2 kids (1 infant) and when we booked the place it said that we will get a free crib. Unfortunately after we arrived, we didn’t receive a crib and the host urged us to pay 15€ for night for it. The elevator is tiny and very hard to manage with stroller/more than 2 suitcases.

Good location. The apartment is not taken care of, dirty, things do not work properly - shower doesn’t work properly(water doesn’t drain). Toilet didn’t work properly. Bad smell in the bathroom. Not enough dishes.

We just had a miscommunication about using the fold out bed but the host was very responsive and the misunderstanding was corrected with communication via the What's Up App.

The property was amazing offered all what we need and more … they equipped the apartment with all details The entry was so easy and the stuff was helpful every time … sure we will come next summer Thanks all

We stayed at the iO Suites and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, making it an excellent choice for a family stay. It is conveniently located, just 10–15 minutes from most of the major attractions in Athens. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all clean, functional, and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very pleasant, safe, and convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other families visiting Athens. Ofeliya was very helpful nothing

Best hotel for a family. Close to the metro, has a washer and dryer, staff is very detail oriented and communicative. One stop to the Acropolis, several grocery stores, restaurants, and very safe neighborhood. No shower soap. I may have missed this heads-up though.

The property management person was helpful to solve our emergency issue regarding the safe. If the shower door in one of the rental room can be fixed in order to close properly, it will be better.

Location and facilities were fantastic. 3 baths were super. Metro station was 140m away. Supermarket nearby. Many eateries nearby for local cuisine at very reasonable prices. Very comfortable accommodation. Good for family. Main bin cover didn’t close. 1 of 2 Aircond remote wasn’t working. Upholstery in living room needs cleaning/ change. Not enough small bowls.

Very quiet save place.

we like the apartment overall. It has a beautiful terrace and the beds are really comfy. the location is close to everything. and the cafes and the market is around the corner. we could leave the luggages at the gym downstair before the flight that was convenient we were 2 couples and we booked the apt based on having 2 bathrooms, unfortunately one of the bathroom doesn't have a shower only a toilet, it made us wait a lot 4 people and one shower :/

Place is close to train station, very comfortable to sleep “ multiple air conditioners, black out curtains that also cut out noise” all electronics work And the two bathrooms are very convenient, apartment is very functional with electronics, clean and modern

We had a smell from one of the bathrooms. Also the room itself needs some repairs.

we had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The space is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The layout is practical and comfortable, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel bright and welcoming. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful!Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend

The key was in the lock box next to the door which is very easy to access. It would be nice to provide laundry detergent so we don't have to buy it for a short stay.
