Bathroom was full of mold and bathroom fan was not working, the room was not so clean, roaches, some bad odor, some random peoples in the property area, was not feeling safe.

Tuve una estancia de 17 días y me ofreció las cosas que necesitaba,mi estancia no fue de turismo pero me permitió terminar mi renta y tener el tiempo para comenzar a vivir en otro lugar.

Otherwise place needs a serious remodel. Smoking is a huge problem, and not a new one as signs were posted everywhere. This doesn't stop people. My bathroom reeked. Finally, no one is at the front desk, it's shuttered from 10p-10a. So we were stuck in the smoke room as we had checked in and gone straight to eat.

Nothing. The hotel was the worse hotel ive ever seen. It was so dirty and had a mildew smell, so bad that I had to cancel the reservation.

Room smelled like cigarettes

We did not stay in the room due to dirty sheets on the bed. The staff member was kind and helpful. We did receive our money back.

Is quiet and all and people weren’t unfriendly And the staff lying saying that they don’t offer more blankets or just they didn’t hand out more so they didn’t help me at all and not to mention the card to open my door it was still giving me issues and now this morning they were supposed to be open because check out is at 11 am nobody could help or around it was closed at 10 when they are open and i had to ho eat or i will faint to ihop while they open so i can check out i even took a picture that i waited on the lobby
