It was a unique experience

The location Fire alarm went off during the middle of the night three different times. No one answered the phone at the front desk. After the visit I emailed and asked for compensation because of this. We literally could not sleep that night due to the interruptions. I never received a reply to my email let alone any sort of compensation.

The hot tub didn’t work. Was told it would be fixed and was fixed for our second day and it wasn’t. The breakfast was limited. The room was not what we was suppose to have they don’t have a room to accommodate five people. The hot make it look like there is a room with two beds and a sleeping side. But that is not the case. Then the fire alarm was going off and no one knew why. From 2 am to around 4 am. It went off three to four times. I couldn’t get a refund and change hotels because I wouldn’t get my money back in time to get another room. Or I would of left

The staff were professional and so friendly, the location was quite even though it was near a major intersection. Nothing really stands out
