Very nice and secluded stay right down the road from Bush Gardens.

Stayed in room 606 it had water on the floor upon entering. Room had several carpet stains and tears. Furniture was dented and scratched in several places. Bed stains, dirty mirrors, dirty head board.Nothing felt clean about this room. Im glad the AC worked all night. This hilton has gone downhill and needs an upgrade. You might as well book a motel room don't book here.

Clean room, comfortable beds, and the pool area was nice.

We had the two queens and sleeper sofa and the room was perfect for a 5 person family, it could have slept 6 people easy, and everyone slept great on the comfortable beds.

Not once was room service provided, I spent a whole day out of the room and came back and the trash was still there and beds not made, also roaches were in my room

I do feel like the rooms were clean, the workers were friendly for the most part. I do not feel like the price of the stay for the condition of the hotel matched. I have paid less for nicer hotels in better areas. Breakfast should be included for the price as well. Right now the hotel looks like it was done to look upgraded without actually doing it. The AC in our room was outdated and made the room feel moist. the walls in the halls and throughout are missing trim all around. the bath tub looked as if it was painted instead of replaced.

The kitchen staff was top tier. Nic made my stay. He was very attentive polite and willing to help. He made the best omelet I’ve ate in a while. He remembered my order the very next morning as well.I will be back. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was clean.
