Staff is very friendly, clean nice layout Toilet didn't flush properly, was a clicking noise at night was annoying.

Breakfast was extra they had nice staff but the man took advantage of the situation by charging me $100 more. So they quoted one price on booking.com but when I got to the hotel they charged $100 more

Location Bathrooms and rooms floors were disgustingly dirty and full of hair. Asked to get clean and took two days

Breakfast was good. The bed was great. The facilities and staff were great. Our room had stains and dirt on the walls and some of the wallpaper was peeling. Caulking around shower was dirty looking. And there was a strong odour of some kind of spray or disinfectant.

Nilcina Yan has not handle my tax invoice properly. i should have received it upon payment, and its troubling because the invoice was issued incorrectly.

The staff was very kind, the menu choices were great. Could have had better selections at breakfast for the buffet.

The breakfast and the staf service was great. The shower has issues the water comes our to the floor and the towel gets wet. I think you should provide extra towell or feet towel, or to place a plastic foam or something that could prevent the water from weting the floor. You do not want to slip and fall with a wet floor.

I liked everything about this hotel. This is probably the only hotel that doesnt charge you for your service dog or make you book a more expensive room because of it. I love the hotel I love the staff and I love Marriott hotels. The best of the best! The coffee and that there were not many options of sweets and snacks to buy from the reception area.

The Location was great Staff Excellent The outer building does need a good Power washing.
