This boutique hotel is a gem! The room was beautifully designed. I was in the Brown suite. There was great communication from the beginning of the reservation throughout my stay. Rosario was on site and took excellent care! The location was perfect for a trip that was combining business and pleasure. I really have nothing negative to say about the property or my stay.

Cute & quaint! Great decor and privacy! The shower

We had the best time - it was the perfect stay to enjoy the area and have a little "home" away from home.

The location is excellent! The staff really polite. The decor and interior design was very European. I’m French and Italian heritage and I felt right at home. I slept well on the King size bed. The jacuzzi was broken and no one knew when it would be repaired. So I ventured to the Vinoy and paid to use theirs. They said the pool was heated but I didn’t feel any difference in their pool temperature and the heated ones at Safety Harbor Spa or the Vinoy.

The property was located perfectly near plenty of restaurants and things to do. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We liked everything about the property.

Downtown just 2 blocks from the water yet in a historic house instead of a high rise Nothing

Beautiful & comfortable room. We stayed in the orange suite. Housekeeper very friendly. Location was great. Lobby was very nice. Parking was unavailable. Had to walk to feed the meter several times.

Cleanliness, location great It's a very close quarters motel. It's an old wooden house downtown so walls are very thin, hear everything. Would be great for an older couple that just wants to relax in quite

The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front of my car so the door would hit the bucket before my car, when I complained and asked for a different spot. Juan told me I didn’t need to park in the lot I could park in the street. He told me that knowing the signs on the street indicated only two hour parking between 8am -10pm. As a customer I felt harassed by Juan even though I never met him. He misrepresented the locations parking issues and harassed me to pay for the inadequate parking spot or move my car every two hours in the street. He kept saying no one has ever complained. As a customer, I attempted to complain but his action was to harass and belittle me into complying. I would not recommend this location.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely friendly staff. The pool area is like a hidden treasure. We will stay there again next time we’re in St Pete.

Great place. Enjoyed stay.

Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me

The host was amazing. Such a cute and unique place. It was a short walk to restaurants and loved having on site parking.
