Great place to stay, friendly staff, great location. love all of it! cant wait to be back. boutique hotel please keep that in mind! oh and the complimenatary shuttle took us to dinner at Birch and Vine and picked us up at Welcome to The Farm.

This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Saint Petersburg. We were able to walk or take a free trolley to most places. Additionally, they had a shuttle on weekends to take us to the game. The staff were helpful and the food on site was really convenient and affordable. You could either done by the pool, and the restaurant, or out on the front porch. Free parking was an excellent amenity. The room was small, but charming.

If I nitpick, parking can be a challenge, even with multiple overflow lots, the bed was pretty hard, and the elevator is tiny.
-
This place is consistently good. Not fancy but always a good time at a reasonable price.

I must say this place gets better every time!!! Definitely see you again!!!!

Very cute spot. Bed was super comfortable, but older building so insulation make noise a bit louder.

The hotel had a great vibe and our room was super nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting St. Petersburg.

The Hollander is our go-to place for a get-away! Our room was spotless, crisp bedding and King comfortable bed! We enjoyed the pool and pool bar, the restaurant for dinner and the veranda for breakfast! We ordered coffee and cakes for an afternoon pick-me-up! The staff couldn’t have been nicer and helpful, true professionals!

Clean, friendly, and fun vibe at this hotel! Pros: 1. Incredibly comfortable beds and great in-room AC. 2. Super friendly and helpful service at pool bar, restaurant, and front desk. 3. Very cool pool area and bar with a good vibe. 4. Walkable to downtown and in a safe area. 5. King suites have a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and mini sofa which made it so comfy and nice. 6. Very few kids- I am a mom, but an empty nester and appreciated that this felt like an adult-oriented, fun experience. 7. History all around you including on the walls and in the fun and comfy lobby! Cons: 1. Parking can be a pain, but they have a deal with the Dental Office across the street- that saved us and I am not sure if it's only weekends, so check! 2. Because this is a hip and fun hotel with two bars, be aware of the drunks that walk the halls between 1-3am laughing, talking loudly, etc- especially if you are a light sleeper! I was woken up multiple times wearing my ear plugs! Keep in mind this is a historic hotel with very narrow hallways and thin walls. I can't take off a star for this because I knew it going in and felt it was worth it for the fun and convenient experience. If this is your first time in St. Pete, we felt that walking the downtown nearby, experiencing The Pier and all it has to offer, and visiting the Dali Museum were all fun and awesome experiences!

Great experience, it’s just like stepping back in time. The hotel, restaurant, bar and coffee house had great people and food! Reminded me of a historic 1920-30’ hotel. Loved it!

We loved the eclectic look of the hotel. The food at the restaurant was very good and so convenient. We enjoyed their pool and many sitting areas. The location was within walking distance to St. Pete’s Pier. Every staff member or server we talked with was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good

It was easy to find and a trolly stop was right there. The staff was very friendly, the food was great and priced accordingly to the area. There was a slight mix up with Booking, but the staff at Hollander took care of it. We would diffently stay there again. The parking was always full.
-
Great stay overall. Only downside was that whole carpet was wet and there was a super loud, high pitched sound that came on and off throughout the night.
-
The rooms are small but everything else was great. Staff was so kind and amazing. It's a very cute hotel and walking distance from the water and great bars and restaurants

Love the location and price. Amenities were wonderful. Did not care for the beds. I would stay here again!

The location is perfect for exploring downtown St. Pete, and the pool area was one of the highlights of my trip. The pool party was a blast with a great atmosphere and friendly people. I also loved the restaurant—the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, the Hollander Hotel has an amazing team, a fun and welcoming vibe, and everything you need for a great stay. I can't wait to come back!
