Room was clean and nice. I had a suite so I had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was also nice. Staff was very friendly.

Got to site at 2:45 and was told rooms not ready but to have a seat and they would get them addressed…. After waiting 45 minutes, I went to desk again and asked status as now we are 30 minutes after normal check in and they responded they did not realize we were still waiting for our room….. we were the only group of people seating there looking at front desk… very poor

We went for a concert so I know the hotel was busy and we never heard a sound at night or in the morning. It was great for the price. We would stay again. There is a hidden gym right behind the hotel. A restaurant called The Campfired. It's inside of the building right behind the hotel. There is a McDonalds right across the street and probably more dining options down the road, but we never went any further.

We loved how close it is to the Amphitheater & Hard Rock less than 5 minute drive. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, breakfast was decent(wish they had muffins). Over all I would stay here again. I wish the bed was softer, it was definitely more firm than I prefer. The shower door in the bathtoom we had was VERY loud when closing/opening.

Perfect place and extremely close if attending a concert at Midflorida amphitheater. No complaints and would stay again for another concert.

The property is very clean, the staff is very attentive (Jamaica was super helpful) the AC was not working like it should have been at this time of year, but it was tolerable. The location is very convenient and we would stay there again without hesitation.

It was nice, the pool needs a remodel We were only there for a short time. Housekeeping never came to our room on Monday to take out garbage or bring fresh towels

I booked for my parent. Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. The location is ideal. Kitchen and room was equip for short or long stay.

Please fix Tesla chargers 3rd stay and still broke
