Front desk receptionist male is rude. Room smelled like a dirty adult diaper.

Smelled moldy. A lot of characters hanging out around the building. Place is old & nasty.

Front desk staff are amazing housekeeping is so sweet. Make sure we had everything we needed.

We have been here since Tuesday and they have been nothing but kind engine arrest the front desk in housekeeping. It's quiet, clean, convenient and I love the breakfast. The bagels are amazing.

Check in was easy, showed up a little early and they made sure we knew it was okay and let us in. We were in town for a concert but the hotel still wasn't over crowded. Will stay again if we are in the area. The literally only thing I could whine about was the shower being out of body soap but there was one by the sink so there isnt a reason to take away an points

Its was best quality on the prices they offer and very quiet near ybor city

Housekeeping needs work in areas concerning dailey cleaning, towels. The Breakfast need to add boiled eggs and better quality fruit. They need a alternative beverage machine. It was broken the whole stay.

Clean and quiet

Room had great air conditioning and ok beds. Floors were dirty in most areas of the hotel. Trash outside full and overflowing. Would not travel that area alone, sketchy.

I just want to thank the front deck staff thank you Angelica for being so polite and friendly. We love speaking with you. You’re an amazing front desk. Agent and my mom loved your earrings. Thanks for making her stay a little bit more easier.

Housekeeping was very polite. Breakfast was included but all that was put out was toast and nutri-grain bars. Pool was not cleaned and had a layer of bugs floating, found a needle tip on the floor of the bathroom, front desk was rude upon arrival, fridge was broken and freezer was over freezing, phone would not work to make calls. Roach presence.

The property is poorly ran. They should state continental breakfast when advertising. I booked three rooms they were not properly cleaned and smelled bad one with a leaking ceiling that never got addressed during the stay. Working pool but the. Furniture for the pool area barely any no umbrellas.

The bed was comfortable. That was it Staff rude. Water pressure was very low. Tub didn’t drain good.

It was actually better than expected

The staff was very nice it was very clean also the pool was amazing I took my children to the pool and they had a blast. If you're looking for a nice place to stay at a decent price come and book this hotel it's amazing.
