Best thing about hotel is parking

First off there were dead bugs. In the room. There was blood on a headboard of bed. The TV was broken, and the bed has like crumbles of dirt or food. It was 3am and I had to be gone by 8am so it's not entirely bad, but had I had to stay an entire night I would have e gotten a refund immediately

Nicky at front desk was wonderful

Not much. You have to walk to far into the room before you can reach a light. I requested a downstairs room due to the disability of climbing stairs. Which made my stay worse due to being in pain. I left my room to visit a friend and when I returned, my door was a jarred. I know that someone went in because the air temperature was changed to 70, the bed was not made and no clean towels. I wanted to swim due to the pictures online, however the water was greenish.

Roaches and toilet flooded

The room was clean but the light and plugs between the beds didn’t work.

This hotel is horrible. Roaches everywhere!!!!!!!!

This motel was conveniently right off of the highway and cheap. It worked for a place to sleep. Definitely need better comfortors. There were the top sheet and a thin brown blanket. I liked that housekeeping didnt bother us one time until our checkout day, even if we needed new clean towels it wasnt a big deal. At 11am they knocked, and we were out late the night before (my bad im on vacation) and accidentally overslept. I asked him for a few minutes to get up etc and he immediately got defensive and was like "fine! Any later $20. $20 okay you heard me?! Then itd $50!" I was like bro we just have to get up we will be out soon. Anyhow, it wasnt terrible for a motel in that area. We had no problems essentially with anyone there or around. I would stay again i guess if I was in a pinch and needed somewhere to sleep. First off, they close the lobby and lock the doors at 7pm? Maybe earlier, it seemed they were always behind the night window no matter the time. The room was dirty, in a sense of their was dirt and pill capsules under the refrigerator, there was paint and wall material all over the floors and walls and the bathroom caulking was everywhere on the walls etc. The "repairs" are so badly done, I dont understand.. The shower curtain had black dirt marks on it. The furniture was very used and chipping around all sides. 2 outlets did not work to charge anything. The staff was "asleep" everytime, no matter the time, we went up there. To the point we were ringing the door bell and knocking on the window crazy to get him conscious. Our room keys kept getting deactivated somehow too.. the room was in ROUGH shape but worth a nights sleep if you need.

Not enough towels in room. Not even one towel per guest. I asked for extra towels and I got charged for it on my credit card! Like what????? The towel was there in the room but yet you charge me $10 for requesting an extra towel. We had 4 people in our room and only 2 towels! We had 4 double rooms booked, we will never stay here again
