An engineer came to the room late at night and had to look for parts. At around 11:30 PM, I asked the front desk to move me to another room and was told that no rooms were available. When I called the front desk about the situation, the employee abruptly ended the call after saying he would contact the engineer. What bothered me most was the lack of any real effort to make things right. The next morning, there was still no meaningful gesture or compensation for the inconvenience. I was even told that breakfast was not included. Of course I understand that breakfast may normally cost extra, but after providing a guest with a room without a properly functioning shower, offering breakfast would have been a very simple gesture of goodwill. Maintenance problems can happen. The bigger issue is how a hotel responds when they do. I expected much better service and problem resolution from a Sheraton/Marriott property.

The property it self was great BUT on our second days stay a group of about 8 unattended children from ages 8-15 moved into two rooms across from ours and it was the worst experience ever. These children were recking havoc on everything and everyone. They were running up and down the halls screaming and knocking on the walls. Open and slamming there rooms doors over and over again. Riding up and down the elevators verbal abusing guest by using racial slurs and derogatory language. I, along with other guest informed the front desk and they said they would handle it, they did not. My husband and I spent hours sitting outside just to escape the chaos. I had to call the front desk at 1am to beg them to do something YET AGAIN because they were still screaming, banging on the walls and slamming doors. Nothing was done! We ended up leaving the next morning 3 hours early to the airport at 3am! Just to get away from the insanity! There was no one to be found at the front desk. I would not return to this property simply because the staff did not care about the safety and well being of the guest that were being harassed by these children. We were outside when one of the parents arrived after being called from a staff member because of damage that was done to one of their rooms. They warned the parent to control the children. and the parent literally turned around and left leaving all the children there alone again!!!! That was not a resolution!

Hotel was clean. Parking was easily accessible. Breakfast was good but a little pricey for a hotel breakfast buffet. Starbucks in the lobby was nice.
