Room was great

As expected

Our stay at Springfield Suites was just what the 3 of us needed. Nice sized room for my husband, grown daughter, and I to share that was clean and had the supplies we needed for our one-night stay. The property was easy to access from the highway and was a quiet area. There's a grocery store not too far away, probably walkable, if you need anything. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, and the staff worked really hard to keep everything available. Thanks!

The property was very well maintained, all aspects of the room were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had many great options. The hotel was centrally located to everything we did during our stay.

Veronica is an extraordinary staff member in the buffet area she made sure my waffles were PERFECT. I really felt taken care of, you need more people like her. She an “always and forever personality” I’ll never forget her. Good people salt of the earth

Efficient check in service

During my brief one-night stay, my interactions with the staff primarily consisted of check-in and check-out procedures, both of which were conducted with courtesy. I found the check-in and check-out processes to be swift and hassle-free. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and clean. I particularly appreciated the room’s amenities, including a comfortable bed, a functional table for work, and a cozy couch. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the room was equipped with an adequate number of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was in excellent condition, featuring a satisfactory shower despite slightly high water pressure. The toilet and sink were also in good working order. The room’s location on the side facing the woods occasionally attracted insects, which I believe entered through the slightly open window upon my arrival. I promptly closed the window upon entering the room. Despite this minor inconvenience, I overall had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. 9/10

The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options and very good coffee. The breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was perfectly clean with plenty of towels. The gym wasn't open. The fire alarm went off around 7 am 3 mornings in a row.

I found the hotel was only okay this stay. The toilet in the room did not flush properly; tank would not refill every time without adjustments. Notified staff, hopefully it will be fixed before next guests. Fire alarm went off every morning between 7-7:15. Very annoying.

Amazing stay came for a training / solo trip my stay was amazing! Room was clean had great sized room, and staff was always willing to help! 10/10 recommend!! Will def stay again!

Bed area was very tight and hard to manoeuvre around. Small space in general.
