The room was a little warm at night
-
Clean A little dated. Not modern. More outlets would be nice

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and we were provided passes to get to the beach by ferry. There was a restaurant and market on site and other lovely restaurants close by.
-
Wifi not available in units, but they provide a portable modem with refundable deposit. The modem worked great.

pool water too cold

No WIFI in the rooms. You need to go down to the reception office or the bar. No hairdryer in our room. You need to give a deposit at the reception desk.

Staff were all first class, the location was very good and the facilities were very good. The decoration was circa 1986 timeshare and not good. I left after 1 night and moved to another hotel. My wife stayed there as she liked the peace and quiet but only for one more night then she joined me.

Great location for summer beach vacation. The house is in desperate need of repairs. Very uncomfortable beds, no WiFi, not enough dishware, shower water pressure is very low.

Friendly staff. Are con. Apartments ok but rather small. Great pool. Near town, restaurants & shops. Free ferry to beach. Site well maintained. Room cleaning service was poor. Floor mopped once during stay but no cleaning of kitchen, bathroom or shower. Restaurant is the worst I have ever eaten in & is charging top prices for very poor food. Bowling green was closed for maintenance for 3 weeks the day after we arrived but we were not advised of this when booking.

The location was perfect, stores, restaurants, mercados & more. Boardwalk along the lagoon is amazing to walk at night. FYI, "free Wi-Fi" is in the reception lobby & adjacent bar. No Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Very nice complex, has a lot of things to do on there. Unfortunately I thought it was maybe a little cold for the pool so I didn’t take a dip and also as a solo traveller I didn’t do tennis! Well maintained grounds and daily housekeeping, also reception is always manned so super helpful. Short walk to the river where there were a lot of restaurants/ bars I would imagine it can be very busy in the height of the season! The bed was just a little hard for my taste but that’s just personal preference
