AP Cabanas Beach & Nature - Adults Friendly

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. As a lovely surprise for my birthday, we found a cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we would be happy to come back again. The only minor issues were that we couldn’t find a shower near the pool, and the pool could have been a bit cleaner.

Nice hotel, well located

The room was good, clean and the bed very comfortable. 2 Bonus bottles of water and a small fridge as well as a safe. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. We are not "resort" types and were only there 1 night on our way through, so did not use any of the amenities like the pool, etc. Decent breakfast but only 1 coffee machine working. The hotel is eco friendly The use of plastic glasses at the outside bar. We were served 3 euro Superbock imperial beers that were completely flat. When I complained, the bartender poured new ones (just as flat) also in plastic. We had an early departure and breakfast began at 7.30. We were there a few minutes early and were turned away. The manager was quite rude. More people gathered at the door (outside and cold early in the morning) and they barred the door. Then didnt' open it until 7.35. By that time there was quite a group of people waiting. We were issued armbands, indicating we had paid for breakfast, yet at the check in desk for the breakfast room we had to give our room number and scan our room card before we were allowed in?

Beautiful location and hotel. Staf were fantastic, friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was large and varied. Would love to return during the summer months! Cold draft from the sliding doors and small leak at the bottom of the sliding door. We did have a heavy storm the night before though.

The hotel feels quiet and lacks a vibrant atmosphere in low season.

The resort is pretty and the room’s view was really good. The breakfast is wonderful either way a lot of options. The pool was always dirty. My room was not cleaned after I returned at 4 pm. There were ants everywhere. Also there are a lot of spaces closed due to the season. That is not shared at the time of the booking

No desk in the room which was small for the price. The toilet and the separate shower were all frosted glass and not all that private.

So much to do in one spot Everything was a little broken- we didn’t have hot water for the first two days, the corners of the floors were not clean, the food was mediocre and not great. Lunch options are really poor. Breakfast was great which made it all more confusing.

Buffet food was bland and 'hot' food was cold.

The pool and the atmosphere was awesome, quite clean hotel, and the breakfast and lunch/dinner options were great too - overall, a very nice experience. Maybe its a local/culture thing, but reception staff can have a bit more energy while responding to our questions/queries. Also, I couldn't understand why swimming caps were mandatory for indoor pools - costs 5 euros each.

The hotel had a huge mosquito infestation, impossible to even dine at the restaurant. On that the interior of the F building has literal bird fecal remains on every single wall.

Should be forbidden to smoke in the facilities. Even outside, near the pool and mainly in the esplanade.

top tier food, great pool, easy access to beach and cabanas town. beds were not at all comfortable, even the upgraded room was very small. bathroom is connected to room through glass, so there is no door = no real privacy

Comfy beds, nice shower I didnt realize when I booked that this hotel is a typical all inclusive factory. Would I have known, I would've booked elsewhere. It seems extremely crowded, where the common areas aren't as big. Restaurant for breakfast was often full, no where to sit, staff didn't realize. Quality of breakfast very low, little fresh fruits, mostly canned fruit. Scrambled eggs and omelets came from the carton box and waffles were taken out from plastic and warmed up. I've stayed in many cheaper hotels where the standard of breakfast was much higher, where they'd use fresh products It wasn't a hotel where I felt i could relax at the property as it was overcrowded, full of people everywhere. It also felt a bit like buying with Ryan air, as we had to pay for everything extra we wanted, for standard things like water to the room, change of pool towel, and so on. Hotel looks nice, quite modern, but feels too small for the number of people they put inside.

AP Cabanas Beach and nature deserves it's 4 stars. Rooms are small but adequate, food is varied if a smaller selection than other all inclusive buffets, the whole place is immaculate and location perfect. The loose slabs around the pool need to be fixed promptly.

Nice rooftop and pool area, overall comfortable and beautiful area. Ok breakfast (except the coffee) and easy free parking. The water in the shower did not drain and it flooded both the bathroom and the bed area. The bathroom was separated by a glass door and a see through curtain which wasn't great at keeping water either. Not sure if they give this type of rooms to couples as well, that would be "interesting". Alone it was ok. The wifi was so slow that it was unusable. Sauna was cold and kind of pointless but had a nice view.
