I booked a standard room with a balcony at Hotel Aivani from February 24 to February 27. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows were especially nice. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had a bidet and everything worked perfectly. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day, keeping the room clean and tidy. The breakfast selection was simple yet very tasty. This was actually my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint.

Location was pretty good. Washroom smelled like gutter; geyser water wasn't operational; food was served cold and stale; resturant staff of hotel was bad; uncut vegetables and food; very limited breakfast; boiled eggs were straight from refrigerators; room heating wasn't working and after 2 days of complaining and then finally warning them of complete refund from bank they fixed it, got sick in the meanwhile.

good location. in the heart of the city. this was my third time visiting georgia. we checked in late and was given a room from the 4th flr. we found out the elevator is only up until the 3rd and we need to take the stairs going to our room. our luggage was heavy with no one to help us. it was an attic room with small window. there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. we can hear the noises from the other room. we can also smell the cigarette smoke because there was a door which we can't open that separated our room from the room beside us. when i checked their confirmation email i was supposed to get a room from the second floor. breakfast was poor.

Everything was perfect - location, restaurant, room itself with a huge balcony overlooking my favorite part of the old town. The owners and receptionist were so nice and friendly, thank you very much! And most importantly the hotel has an elevator! You rarely find an elevator here in the hotel, only long high stairs, and I was a heavy luggage. So it was a deal breaker for me)

Beautiful hotel in the center of Old Tbilisi. It is near Meidan Square and Meidan Market. We stayed in a comfortable clean room with a traditional balcony. Very friendly staff told us about attractions around.

I loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant. The hotel has a wonderful view from the balcony. The location is very nice . The hotel is located in the heart of the old town . And have a nice character. It was not clean. The room was very old and not clean at all. The bathroom smelled terrible. We found black mold in one of the rooms . We stayed there two nights and the second morning there was no hot water in our room. As I said the people who worked there and the manager was so nice and friendly and this was the only reason we stayed there and did not cancel. I would have appreciated if they at least could offer a discount after hearing what we said about the dirty rooms and the dirty bed sheets and the lake of hot water.

Location We received a room smelling like mushrooms, which we could not accept to stay. They offered another room for the next night, however, you cannot stay in this discussing smelling room and we moved to another hotel to not ruin our holidays. We did not receive any refund, so I recommend all guests check their room before they pay

Good breakfast. It was not clean, mold in the bathroom, ripped towels. Sheet was too small for the mattress and was constantly moving exposing the bare mattress. Noisy at night.

Will stay here again. The breakfast was very poor. It must be better)))

Hot water was not. ?Breakfast was awful?. Personal was very very rude. Location was good. I don’t recommend this hotel.
