A very beautiful and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. We were leaving at 6 am and they prepared breakfast for us.

Each of the rooms has a different theme, and they all look like something out of Wes Anderson movie. The theme of our Room 202 was Russian Czar. The balcony had a great view of the city, and the view from the bed was of 2 ancient churches. Neighborhood is a little noise, but not terrible. Super close to the sulfur baths (we did not smell them) and Maiden Square. The breakfast buffet was only fair and was served 8:30-11:00 a.m. Georgians do not have a cultural history of eating breakfast, so we could not find a restaurant open before 10:00 a.m.

Nice hotel for family Everything is ok

The hotel is centrally located in Old Town, within walking distance of most attractions, restaurants, and local events. The breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly prepared fried eggs and omelettes made to order. The girls at the reception esp Mariam was very friendly. We were given an iron box on demand as well. The hotel is nestled along a hillside pedestrian walkway, which adds charm but poses challenges. Reaching the entrance requires a steep walk, making it difficult for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage. Since vehicles can't access the doorstep, taxis drop you off nearby. Additionally, there’s no elevator—we stayed on the third floor and had to carry our bags up the stairs

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is super colourful and picture-worthy, with excellent design. Its location is perfect, being close to the center with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, and it was a nice stay overall. A quick note on access: There is no elevator (though the staff was helpful with taking luggage upstairs). Guests should also be aware of the few stairs and the short walk required to reach the hotel entrance. There was no elevator

The hotel location is in the historical part of the Tbilisi, most tourist attractions in the city are in the walking distance or by taxi for 10 GEL / 3 EUR. Famous baths are located five minutes walk. Breakfast was enough to get the energy to start the day. Yes, there was no 100500 types of cheese but all necessary was available. The interior of the catering space is awesome! Rooms are nicely painted and decorated. It was OK for us to bring our suitcases upstairs (about 20 steps of steep stair) but having some trolleys similar to the Venice porters use, can make this process easier. Instant coffee is OK it is widely consumed in Georgia, but having some espresso machine would be appreciated for the four star hotel.

Breakfast starts relatively late, at 8 30.

Location Staff is not friendly or helpful
-
The staff was incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is its best feature—perfectly central to all the major attractions, yet so well-hidden that it remains wonderfully quiet. A few points to consider from my experience: Accessibility: The hotel is located up a steep hill and lacks an elevator, which is important to know when booking. Room Comfort: The AC in my room wasn't quite strong enough to cool it effectively during the summer. Breakfast: I personally found the breakfast selection to be a bit limited.

It very good location Good location for Tourists
-
It’s artistic, colorful hotel in old city center Staff, who is so unmotivated and robotic, won’t smile, won’t help if you needed. Asked for water, they refused, asked for tissue paper, refused , they told me they are not allowed. Seriously! - no lift in hotel, you could literally feel stinginess in everything, breakfast has a few choices as well. . It’s on hill and you have to drag your luggage, if you have any.

Property was awesome at awesome location. Staff was nice. Room was so beautiful and comfortable for a 4 members family Love the location
-
It was located in a great area in the old city of Tsiblisi, which was very nice for the day to day transfers. The breakfast did not meet our expectations depending on the photos that existed in the Booking since the food and beverages were not the same.
-
Great location and a good sized room. Some of the staff were far more helpful than others. There were issues with electricity and water but we were not told when we came in so better comms would have been good.
-
The room was beautiful and balcony views of the city was great. The breakfast was not the best, and as the hotel is on a hill- not ideal for excessive heavy luggage as you have to climb the stairs and taxi drivers do not drop you off right infront of the hotel. Staff were lovely but the toilet seat was broken in the room. The TV has YouTube, which was good. There’s also a fridge in the room, free coffee/tea bags and kettle and bottles of water. The location is great and quick access to bus station and bazaar.

Excellent location in the city centre. Amazing decoration in the rooms. Very reasonably priced. Staff helped us in all our requests (early breakfast, luggage storage) Too hot inside the rooms and could have some more options for breakfast.

The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with recommendations and local tips. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to the day. Clean, comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
