The room was very nice and we got upgraded to a really nice room without any extra charge. That was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast wasn't very good. They had menu items on the breakfast but we didn't get the pancakes that we ordered even though we waited for almost half an hour and reminder the staff twice. And the breakfast wasn't busy so it wasn't about that. Finally we gave up and left without the pancakes.

The taxis almost never bring you to the hotel (they stop 100m before) due to the small steep road. Rude waiter at breakfast

Amazing view! We stayed on the fourth floor and really enjoyed the beautiful view. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything.

It’s a cozy spot located uphill, and I must say the city view from the balcony is beautiful. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

I love the location, very close to the city, literally you are inside the city. Another thing I loved is the view from the balcony and the beautiful terrace upstairs which is open 24/7 for the guests to enjoy. And at last the breakfast, the variety is nice and i love the taste. There is nothing i did not like however just some suggestions, i would love if hotel would have in room dining service so guests don’t need to order from outside. Also, one little thing to have higher chairs in balcony to enjoy the view. The ones in our room were very low and instead of looking to the amazing view, you could only see the balcony fence.

What an incredible view from our terrace over the city. Nice sized shower, great pillows and linens. Hotel was immaculate. Left early so I don't know what the breakfast was like. I was surprised at how quiet it was on a Friday night in July It is on a steep hill, which does give it the incredible views, but could be an issue if you wanted to go anywhere in a wheelchair or walker.

The location is very good. Staff is really friendly and comforting. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The room and other facilities are clean. 100% can recommend.

Fresh renovation, everything in room was new and shining, view from our room was spectacular. Bathroom, conditioner...all the facilities worked fine. Breakfast was delicious, variety every day. Location is close to all the main attractions of Tbilisi. Taxi easily reaches this hotel. Nothing

We were met with the most stunning view from our rooms. The accommodations were nicer than expected. And the breakfasts were amazing and beautiful. The only difficult thing here is that there's really no where to park. Since we didn't have a car but only taxis it wasn't a problem for us.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Nice and clean rooms, great selection at Breakfast. Upon arrival our room was very cold so we asked for some assistance. The front desk was super helpful and immediately organised a heater for us. Additionally, we were also offered to be upgraded to a room with view and balcony. It was of course not neccessary but these gestures make a hotel really stand out. I've been traveling the world for many years and it was one of the most guest orinted hotel staff I've ever met. Thank you again, if it was possible would give 11/10!! :-)
