There was bad smell from the bathroom. The room is tiny. The cleaning is very low.

Rooms are in very low maintainance state

quiet place, very clean, excellent value for money , helpful staff, simple but fresh and tasty breakfast , freshly removed bathroom, new towels, comfortable bed, helpful staff all was very good

Best value for money accommodation. Was close to everything. Only 5-10 min walk from the most central part of the city. Spacious and comfortable. We had the best time. Also amazing view from our room. Breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast is very limited even they don't have coffee

The location. The quiet of the room. The hallways were clean, homey and nicely decorated. The room itself was cost as well. There were no lamps inside the room for diffused lighting. The mattress was unbearably thin. No comfortable blanket on the bed, merely sheets. The bathroom fan was loud and inefficient. No extra roll of toilet paper. The TV was unmanageably complicated to navigate. The key got stuck in the lock and couldn’t retrieve it. The cleaning lady in the breakfast dining area had a complete meltdown as I requested having my breakfast 15 minutes before its closing.

Just normal stay You need to climb the hill to reach the hotel - Also no elevator inside the hotel but the staff were very helpful .

Great location, close to everywhere, quiet at night (no bars or discos around), balcony, view The pictures of the room and breakfast do not correspond to the pictures of booking. The breakfast was so bad that I had to skip it even though I had paid for it as a part of the booking, no bedside light, the walls are so thin I could hear someone snoring next door, the room was old - all metal things in the bathroom are rusty. No elevator but this is common.

Very comfortable, and at a great location. The lady at reception was very helpful and contacted me when my room was ready early as I arrived early from the train station. She was also able to answer all my questions and arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of the stay.

The location is good. Very near Meidan Bazaar and other popular destinations. In fact from the 4th floor room we also could get a glimpse of mother of Georgia. Breakfast was good and the lady who set it up was polite and helpful. Before booking be aware that the property does not have an elevator. So if you get a room at the top floor, good luck carrying your luggage upstairs !! I had some heavy luggage and had to carry it to the 4th floor. To add to it, the guy at the reception is not very polite. No help to carry your luggage nor any kind words. It felt as if the guests were troubling them by visiting their hotel !! Maybe its my experience or the guy was in a bad mood that day , but i hope they can improve on being more polite and helpful.

I really liked the staff at ZP Hotel. They really try their best to assist you and make you feel comfortable. The room I was allocated at first had some electrical issues, so the next day they changed my room. The view from the balcony of the room was very nice. Also, the receptionist Edita was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and traditional food that are must try while visiting Georgia. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful, especially Ms. Kate! She's an angel in human form. She was always so understanding and kind. She patiently assisted me in all my requests while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet was good and timing was also perfect. I absolutely recommend ZP Hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi. The location is a bit difficult to access as it is situated in Old Tbilisi in the hilly area. For me it was not that hard since all taxi drivers know how to get to old town and majority of them use Google Maps for navigation. The building is old and renovated, so does not have elevators. My room was in 4th floor so I always had to climb up and down 3 flight of stairs each time. However, apart from these minor inconveniences the hotel is really nice and its location is great because all restaurants and major tourist attractions in old town are nearby, within a few minutes of walking distance.

Good place, central location, have large parking. Good view. Breakfast is not something extraordinary. At first the smell in the bathroom was bad, but after that was ok.

Location was really close to all of the touristic attractions.Breakfast had plenty of variety.

The location was great. Staff were very kind. Bathroom was clean and tidy and shower area was huge. Breakfast was so delicious. They were sockets near the bed, but both of them were behind the pillows, which is not so comfortable.
