The airport pickup was excellent and very well organized. The location was perfect and very convenient. Overall, it was very good value for money. The breakfast was worse than we expected. Also, because the weather was cold, the room was sometimes a bit cold.

Very hard to go to the third level without elevators

We've been to this hotel a few times. We love the staff and the location. The interior is very interesting as well. The rooms for four people are up a lot of stairs, but you can see that on booking before you book the room.

I have no complaints after staying at Hotel Kalanaga! I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the refrigerator, but I sent a message to the host and she turned it on while I was gone. The breakfast was wonderful, and the woman who took care of the breakfast was phenomenal and attentive. It’s not luxurious, but it has character which I find more important. I would stay here again, especially with such a good price.

Breakfast was simple but nicely served. Location is great, in the heart of the old city. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The experience was rather disappointing and didn’t match expectations. While the reception area is quirky and creative, it seems the design budget stopped there. The rooms are poorly planned and maintained, with minimal amenities—no water bottles, utensils, or even basic items like cups. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, with noticeable springs.

Welcoming staff, availability of a driver for airport transfer, lovely rooms, traditional decor, good breakfast. The WIFI didn't work at all in our bedroom but did for the kids!

Location, very friendly and helpful hosts, charming patio, convenient parking. The room was kinda shabby, but apparently this was because, having heavy luggage,we demanded a room on a lower floor. No elevator.

Nice hotel. Really good breakfast. The view of the city was nice. We could see mother Georgia from the window. The stairs were not great. There's no elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor. The stair quite narrow.

Friendly staff, helped with parking and even allowed us to leave the car for some hours after checking out. The location is amazing and totally worth the price. Very cozy with an amazing view!
