The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. We arrived around 4:00 a.m. for check-in, and despite the very early hour, there was a staff member available who warmly welcomed us and was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Only breakfast is a bit insufficient

Great location, walking distance from the main attractions but on a side street which is quiet. Clean rooms, spacious, good air condition. Breakfast is simple but more than enough for starting the day. Bathroom needs shelves to place toiletries and personal stuff.. Also in the shower a small shelf is missing.

Place was good, price ok. Some issues with shower drainage, Breakfast was poor.

The location is great, the place is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the balcony offers a nice view. There’s no noise during the night. I have no complaints overall. An improvement for shower essentials would be beneficial, it would be better to use all separate instead of one for all shampoo, soap, and a conditioner.

The room was clean, warm, and very comfortable for 3 people. Towels, bottled water were replaced daily. The room also had a fridge, a kettle, tea, coffee, and even coffee machine.

The location is also excellent - very convenient and perfect for exploring Tbilisi. Another highlight was the breakfast: everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! -

I wanted to shower in the morning there was no hot water. Also there was a smell in the bathroom.

TV didnt work time to time, which made me get up from the bed and adjust the cable.

Friendly staff, qualitative breakfast, immaculate rooms and fantastic location. This has been my second time in this hotel and Tbilisi. When I travel to Tbilisi again (because I will definitely do), this is the only place that I can overzealously stay at Nothing
