The old lady in buffet restaurant was very kind. They didn't upgrade my room to junior deluxroom as promised to the genious member of booking.com without any excuses.

The staff are so nice and kind. There is goinng to be a cable car very close to the hotel to Mtatsminda Park in the the near future which makes the hotel location even more special. Everything was good.

The lady that checked us in was fantastic, very friendly and warm. The room stunk of cigarettes, obviously the people before us had been smoking in it despite being a non smoking room. The general location is ok near a metro but the actual street is terrible. Rain pools on the road, no footpath, just a big mess.

It was a nice room, we were happy. It was convenient for a tour we took meeting at the bicycle. We found a very nice quiet family restaurant near the church under the cable car. The air conditioner made a clicking noise

20 min walk or 1 metro station away. Short walk to restaurants, museum, etc. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good enough if you want to be around the city from morning to night. Just to keep your bags, have a shower and sleep. The staff are very sweet and friendly. It interior seemed a bit dingy and outdated. The exterior felt like it was a building under renovation.
