WiFi is not working all time on 4th floor

Great location, great breakfast, updated building and interior The staff were kind of awkward. There's no music or anything. Even during breakfast. Beds were not all that comfortable.

-The hotel atmosphere and colors. -The rooms were quite nice. -No noise at all. -Kind staff. -Location is amazing, it's close to everything. -A huge supermarket open 24/7 2 minutes walking form the hotel -Walls are too thin for privacy. -We spent a week, and stuff in the room were replaced everyday in the first 3 days, then they stopped replacing stuff unless we ask. -Slow internet.

It's clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing.

I liked my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good with enough variety. Also the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

Breakfast was very minimal unlike other hotels. Ground floor windows dont have a grill. Since our ac was not working, it was quite uncomfortable and was told to leave the window open but without a grill almost anyone or anything could get in.

I stayed in a duplex quadruple room at History of Tbilisi. In my opinion, this property operates more like a small guesthouse rather than a hotel. Our room was located on the ground floor near the reception. The internet connection was extremely unstable and disconnected every two to three minutes. The bed was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room and bedsheets were not properly cleaned. The next day, we requested housekeeping. Although the room was attended to, the floor remained dirty as no proper vacuuming or sweeping was done. The shower drainage was clogged, causing water to accumulate during use, leaving us standing in dirty water. The bathroom was smelly and it seems they have some serious issue with their drainage lines. The location is also not ideal. The street is dark and very quiet, which did not feel comfortable. There is only one small supermarket nearby, and the nearest main street (about a five-minute walk) mainly offers Arabic food options that are relatively expensive. Transportation via Bolt is required to reach most attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. It was very limited, with only about three basic items available. This was the first time I experienced a hotel breakfast with no juice options at all. A serious safety concern was the duplex layout. The children’s beds were located upstairs, accessible by steep stairs that felt unsafe and posed a real risk for small children. Overall, this property is not worth the money. You can find much better options at the same price point in Tbilisi. The online reviews and ratings appear misleading and influenced our decision to book this place, which was disappointing given the actual experience.

The room was nice and clean and in a quiet location. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We were let to check in early but later were asked to pay for it. Had they told it initially we would prefer to wait and not check in. We basically just left the luggage and left, didn’t even stay there until much later after the normal check in time but had to pay for it. Not a very nice experience. Will not return. The buffet and cleaning stuff was lovely though.

I have always stayed at this hotel,always enjoyed it.Can say it used to be my favorite.Even this time i enjoyed it but i have to leave my feedback so the owner knows how in my eyes the service in this hotel declined.If you stay on the 1st floor you better leave for a whole day because how loud the receptionists gets,you can hear every single conversation they have on their phone or with each other.In the evening it gets quiet.I SUGGEST get a room on the second floor so you wont hear any noise.Another thing-my room was not cleaned at all after a previous guest left.There was a poopy diaper in a waist basket in the bathroom.I had some garbage to throw away,opened the basket and almost threw up how bad it smelled.Had to ask the receptionist to come and look at.He emptied it.Later i went to sleep on a little single bed upstairs, and my eye cought a missing light bulb(i wanted to read but ended up going down to the queen bed because it was too dark upstairs,also there was dust,a broken sim card pieces and lints of someones long hair mixed with dirt and dust all over the floor .Wow,i thought.And the towels! in the bathroom,cheap ones,they wont absorb any water from your body.One more detail,in the morning i was in my room reading on my bed and all the sudden i smell cigarette.It was so strong,i have no idea where it came from,absolutely not from my windows because they were closed.Poor insulation of something?The staff absolutely needs training, possibly to be sent to European hotels so they can see difference in service they receive there and provide at home.I mean how you treat you customer,how you speak and care of them Breakfast is great and clean.my best wishes to you History of Tbilisi Not clean,stinks when someone smokes,missing light bulbs,cant open windows due to missing handles,cheap synthetic bath towels that wont absorb,seems like no maintenance in place at all

The workers provided very good service, they did their best, thank you. The hotel is in small, but cozy. those who like a quiet place can come, the location is also good, it is a 10-minute drive to the metro. Not so much wow nit bad. Normally

The hotel looks better in the pictures than in real life. The place has a lot of potential, it’s a great location and the architectural structure is interesting. But the interior is not of high standard, the bed is too soft (and squeaks), towels are small and smell strongly of chlorine, tiles in the bathroom was chipped… overall the room is not very cozy, and there was no way to open the window in my room - so the air quality was not good. Balcony in my room was incredibly small (like 1 square meter). Clock on the wall didn’t work. Sign outside the hotel is not in English, so not that easy to find the first time. Entrance should be marked more clearly. When I checked in I got no information about when (or where) the breakfast was, or log-in for WiFi. This should be standard, or they should have a sheet of information about these things in the rooms.

Pleasant atmosphere in the old Georgian style. Positive staff, delicious breakfast. Exceptional red bio wine. Perfect cleanliness. Definitely visit, it's an ideal place to relax

Stuff was polite. Please choose another hotel. Very bad Smell. Pillows and bed smelled very bad. Shower water drenage was not working properly. The door in the shower was not closing properly. A lot of water was going outside. Breakfast was very poor. Smell out of kitchen filled all rooms. Clothes smelled awful. Windows has only one glass, so we heard everything that people outside were talking, every car, etc. I booked a room with a balcony and two separate beds, but we got absolutely another room with no balcony and tiny bed at the same price. The location is very bad as well. On the way, a lot of dogs poop and mud is everywhere. Walking is very unpleasant. There are no good sidewalks for pedestrianss o the street. But there are good locations two streets apart.
