I booked it very late in the evening and my booking was confirmed quickly. The location was nice, however there was no sign indicating that there was a hotel. The room seemed clean at first, but later on I saw hair in the bed which is very critical for me. I rated 7 just because I booked at the last minute.

The hotel is old and the windows open with difficulty. The water was not warm enough to take a shower. We were met by host who seemed not to care about anything and even surprised that we arrived. He was rude and welcomed us with words “the second room will be ready in an hour, take it or not” We stayed in this property 3 years ago, and the difference was huge. I will never come back.

Terrible place. The TV doesn't work, there was repair work going on in my window at 8am and the culmination was the freezing water in the middle of a bath. The owner had no reaction. In short, I don't recommend it to anyone

The property was very clean. The owner of the property was a really kind person and did his best to help in any way he could. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe. If I come to Tbilisi again, this property will definitely be my first choice.
