People at the reception are lifeless (happened with 4 of them!), don't explain anything and just hand you your key, never a smile or any form of politness seems like you're bothering them for being there. Never seen that in a hostel, crazy. Only one bathroom on the second floor for the whole building it seems, you have to hunt for the soap as it's missing in almost all the dispensers

what’s a pretty chill cute only was little bit known like I don’t say I didn’t like I can say not comfortable the room was so small and there was no wardrobe and some table

I really liked the unique industrial design and atmosphere of the property. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the combination of vintage and modern elements gave the hostel a lot of character. The courtyard was especially enjoyable, with plenty of cafés, shops, and social spaces, and the location made it easy to explore Tbilisi and reach nearby attractions. The bathroom/shower on the first floor were not functional for the whole 8 days I was there, so I had to use the second floor which was a long two minute walk. Sometimes the water wasn’t functional in the entire facility, so I had to go to nearby restaurants to buy something just to use their restrooms.

I liked the location, the space, that they have different bars and shops and activities. The rooms are spacious and have good lockers. Small shelf electricity and light next to each bed is nice. And I really liked the room key cover that had Georgian words and their meanings to know basic words! I also liked that there is a tall mirror in the room. Very cool van for taking photos. Also the staff were absolutely amazing people, very friendly and talkative The showers were the worst I’ve ever experienced. Even worse than the bucket system showers I had in India and Nepal, the water was very hot no matter which side I switched and no matter how long I waited, they have many showers and all of them had the same issue, and the floor of the shower was inclined for the water to ho down but the incline is too small so all the dirt stays on the floor and only the water goes down without taking anything with it. And it wasn’t clean at all. This was the main downside for me. The other things I didn’t like; charging 6 lari for a towel, no trash bin in the room. No fridge or kitchen for guests. No curtains for beds. Loud music at night on weekends. You must put items on the bed, if not they will make it and someone else might take it and you might need to switch beds if that happens.

The location and the beds were comfy Toilets and bathrooms of the third floor were the only ones available and they smelled.

I met and talked with other tourists. There were some things I had to ask, and some answers didn't meet to my expectations. First, there was no water at the night I stayed, and there were no explanations. We paid to stay there after checking what they would provide, when it was not done, at least we have the right to know and understand, what is happening, and what they were doing. Second, the guests are not supposed to eat and drink in the shared room. I went upstairs where I was suggested to use. Then hotel staff came at 12midnight and told me I had to leave. I asked him where I could eat, but no where. It is ridiculous. Is there any accommodation facilities where we can't eat and drink? And if they have that kind of time regulations, they MUST tell their customers upon check-in. Third, I am authorized to have a tax exemption with my ID, and I told them I didn't have to pay VAT, then the agent called her manager, and the answer was 'You should have told us in advance' Should I? I am authorized by Georgian government. Why do i have to tell in advance? and how? For this exemption, I need to show my ID, so I showed my ID at the front desk when I checked-in. It is a government program which they just follow their procedure. I wonder why they can't do this kind of small things. I paid to stay for a bed and shower which I couldn't use. I was forced to pay the tax which I was not supposed to pay. And how can I be happy? They need more trainings. They should go and stay or at least just visit to see what others are doing.

I love the fact that it’s such a chill place. Perfect to just sit by yourself and stare at the wall, or work, and also a great place to mingle with others. So many common seating areas, you don’t feel alone, music is nice, and there is always something going on there, it is a lively place in the evening and quiet yet cool in the morning. They make the best eggs for breakfast!! I had them everyday with mini pancakes too. Courtyard is so nice as well, you always feel like you can sit among people and feel part of a crowd even if you don’t know each other. Such a good place to disconnect and enjoy being present. Also, coolest elevator ever!!!!! I had a private room, so personally i was ok with everything. Bathroom and shower were private, I would have probably not liked sharing the bathroom and shower and walking all the way there but it is a hostel at the end of the day. My only problem was the shower in my room, the water slipped from under the glass and the whole bathroom floor was flooded. I reported this but they didn’t fix it saying it is how it is supposed to be. The second room I moved to was better, the shower was turned slightly away from the door and the floor was tilted a bit so the water didn’t get out.

Everything is good. Good location, good staff.

Until around 12, the hostel is noisy, but after that, they close the doors and everything gets better, so you can sleep well.

The place itself is cool and they‘ve made an effort with the public areas and the cultural programme. However, that effort didn‘t reach the accommodation. I would go there to attend a party but never ever to (try to) sleep. The rooms resembled prison cells, and the room with a shared bathroom was extremely inconvenient since the bathroom was on the other floor and on completely opposite side of the building. The worst part, however, was the non-existent sound insulation and the super loud noise and music coming from the lobby and the courtyard. The receptionists were unfriendly and completely disregarded our wishes for tranquility at 00:40 in the morning on a Tuesday.

The rooms and toilets are clean. When you check-in, the staff doesn't notify you about rules. Where you can use your laptop. If you can eat in the lobby. Yesterday, I was awake until 1:00 a.m. (staff asks to see keys) on my phone and everything was fine but today at 11:30 p.m., one of the staff asks me to leave the lobby (but not yet anyone else). I have my key with me. I extended for 2 nights but slowly am regretting it.

We had only a short stay at this hotel in an apartment, but we really enjoyed our stay. We visited a few times more just to go to some of the cafes/restaurants. We appreciated the art in the rooms and common areas. We love a place where we can get a good coffee and a good glass of wine with a relaxed vibe. There are also some cute shops on-site. They could even have more, I would say, or do more markets in the outdoor area. The room was clean and as it looked in the photos. The wifi and shower worked well.

The atmosphere of the hostel was very lively and fun. I really liked both the interior and exterior design. It was easy to meet new people, hang out, and have conversations with other travelers. The dorm room was clean, and the people staying there were friendly. A lot of noise for late nights, was quite hard to sleep

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The room is spacious and clean. The bed so comfortable. The hostel is very big and use smart door with card access. Has locker. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Overall its so clean The shower and toilet far from bedroom, I got to walk 50-100 mtr. Its like living in a palace. No kitchen, laundry cost for me is a bit overprice $7,5 . Well overall Its a fancy hostel. And seems like staffs not so friendly.. They're all just giving me flat face (no smile). But its allright.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The price was quite reasonable. The beds were clean and comfortable. Since I spent most of my time exploring the city I was usually there just to sleep so I didn’t interact much with the other guests. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Also the place itself was visually very appealing and beautiful. I especially loved the smell of coffee in the lobby in the mornings~ I’ll miss that. For a first hostel experience, I think it was really good.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Good location. We stayed on the private family suite so our facilities were private. We had a large balcony overlooking the main street. Comfortable stay! Nothing really.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The noise from the street is consistent no matter the side your windows are facing or the type of the room. If you need some rest/ good sleep, this is not the place

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

No privacy curtains in dorm and pretty oversized hotel rooms

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

It was clean and had a good location. I didn’t like that i had to go around Tbilisi looking for a lock when they could’ve easily provided one. The kitchen was as they said “under renovation” so i had to eat out all the time. Even when i would bring take out food they wouldnt let me to eat it there. And every time i try to sit on the sofa and work on my laptop, someone comes up and tells me to move to another spot. These little comments made the stay a little frustrating.
