Hotel Boutique IVERIA

The location was nice. It was on walking distance from the city center It was very dusty and it didn’t look clean at all. I understand that for the price we paid, we can’t expect too much, but at least a little wipe? There were also many ants even though we went during February. We wanted to stay a night extra and almost paid double the price for what we paid online.

The location is very good, the staff was very helpful, they gave me everything I wanted, the rooms are quite adequate and clean

The room was small but was value for money (discounted rate from booking.com) otherwise it is high price . Good location, nearby to other facilities and tourist place. The corridor and lounge heavy smell of cigarette. Noticed lack of housekeeping staff. Had to self clean the room's washroom. No breakfast provided as chef was on leave. After confirmation the hotel send a mail on the last hours of not accepting the booking.com offered price.

Everything was perfect. Even a good place to stay for a solo traveler. The location is near to most of the attractions within tbilisi and they even have bidet? I woild really recommend this place to my friends? None so far.

Nothing We orderd 2 rooms, a few nights in advance. Ive even called them 3 hours before we arrive (it was 00:00) to make sure that we can check-in, they said everything is fine, and when we arrive they told us that the room is “broken”, and that they only have 1 room available. We really needed 2 rooms, we tried to speak to them to figure it out somehow but they still said that they have nothing to do. We tried to pay half the price as we should because its only 1 room, they didnt agree, we had a lot of bags and it was late so we had to stay.

I experienced very bad smells in the hotel throughout my stay, no lifts, no trash cans in the room, the sofa bed was not comfortable at all, etc. If you are a traveler, I suggest that you look for a hotel that is better than this one

Everything is old and in need of repair or replacement.

We had such a lovely stay at Boutique Hotel Iveria. From the moment we arrived, the kindness of the staff truly stood out. They even arranged an early check-in for us, which made our trip so much easier and set the tone for a perfect stay. The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming — you can really feel that they care about their guests and put their heart into the place.

Its clean and quite place to stay No mirror outside only in the bathroom. You cannot check outfit.

That’s my favorite place to stay in Tbilisi for last 4 years.the best place for the cost. And I’m trying to take the same room every-time i’m there if it’s available so i feel like i’m at home.? Everything is perfect
