I like the staff and the hotel facilities, room cleaned etc. Located on a narrow street with a steep slope, making access difficult even for taxi drivers. The breakfast is very simple and Georgian bread is missing.

I love the cafe for the breakfast Just the location is not what I expected

Very clean room and bathroom, good breakfast. There is also a coffee machine in the room which is nice. Comfortable beds, very spacious rooms. The breakfast was tasty but it didn’t change so it kind of starts to annoy you on the third day or so. Still I would stay in this hotel again anyway, it’s very good for its price-point

service is good. Long black hair on my shower floor, The heating is only from the air conditioner.

Super friendly & flexible staffs. Clean & spacious room. Tasty breakfast which they kept open even after the closing time! Location was slightly away from the city center. Heating was not working properly inside the room, so it was a bit chilly in the night.

The property is clean, modern, well-equipped, everything is what needed is in the room! Extremely wide, authentic, tasty, full breakfast what is the trump. I dont like the refuse which I took after asking for staying for one more night. On booking.com all the day long was the room to book.

Location is uphill and blanket is really small..

The location is hilly and there were many lamps not working, resulting in darkness around the entrance.

Quiet, beautiful view, nice clean room, great breakfast, and heated towel rack. What else could you ask for?

Location a little bit far from center, but with bolt it was easy.

We stayed in the Old City area, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, she gave us great tips and answered all our questions. Her English was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. The hot vegan dish with eggplant was especially good. The rooms were spacious. The first time, we had a room without a balcony, but it was still large and comfortable. On another day, we stayed in a similarly spacious room with a lovely balcony. The area is quiet and very pleasant. We’re planning to stay for two more nights next week because we really loved our choice of this cozy hotel! The only minor issue was with the smart TV, the internet connection didn’t work properly.

The staff are super kind and very helpful- our shower was so modern that it didn’t have a barrier for the water accumulating on the ground / the drain didn’t work and the bathroom flooded. they immediately responded and helped to fix this.

Very comfortable rooms, clean and spacey. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, very delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful with planning my city itinerary. Very stylish building, location is also not bad. Would definitely stay here again. Very narrow street, taxis have hard time coming and going sometimes. But walking distance to center.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room with good shower. Location a little farther from the centre than expected, but a fairly easy walk downhill into town past some interesting old buildings, many of which are in need of renovation after the earthquake. Very safe, relaxed area, even though it may look a bit run down. Nice clean room with good bathroom. The breakfast was OK with a good choice of options. Filter coffee rather tasteless and no fresh fruit juice. "Brutalist" decor of the restaurant and reception is interesting, but not to everyone's taste, as its not entirely clear whether the raw cement is meant as a feature or as failure to fully complete the renovation.

Generally quite nice place to atay, a bit away from center and on hilly side, breakfast was nice, but very bad internet. Stuff was nice. Internet was bad
