They were especially wonderful at check-out, handling every procedure smoothly and efficiently and giving me a warm and memorable farewell that I will always remember. Their exceptional hospitality made my experience even more special. I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. My only regret was that my stay was too short.

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay and something we really liked. However, beyond that, there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the hotel. The hotel itself was decent, but our room had a very unattractive view. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The breakfast also lacked variety and could have offered more options.

The hotel is centrally located and kept very clean, and the staff are generally friendly. The breakfast, however, had limited options and was quite expensive for what was offered. The business buffet lunch was very disappointing. It seemed that Ibis had hired an outside vendor to manage the lunch service without sufficient quality control. In addition, neither the front desk staff nor the breakfast staff seemed to know the lunch price, even though there was a promotional sign displayed in the lobby. There was also an issue with the payment process. On the day we arrived, the front desk staff entered the wrong amount when charging my credit card. On the day we were leaving, while we were running late and trying to catch an international flight, they insisted that we pay the difference, which was less than $15. This was inconvenient and poorly handled, especially given that the mistake was made by the hotel staff.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. My room faces the Mother of Georgia, offering a lovely view. The hotel features a modern design, with a superb kids’ play area in the lobby. The Christmas decorations in the lobby are beautifully done and create a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was not functioning, so the heater did not work during our stay.

The location was very good — close to all major landmarks, markets, and malls. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel changed my lunch to dinner and prepared a special dinner menu for us. The food quality was good. The room was cleaned every day. The rooms were cozy, colorful, and cute. Eco-friendly water system with refillable glass bottles. The street was too narrow, so cars couldn’t enter. I booked dinner, but the hotel originally only offered lunch. The food was not as great as I expected. No toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissues provided in the room. No bottled water in the room — we had to fill the glass bottle from the water cooler, which was uncomfortable after a long trip.
