We Book it, one day before arrival, then they confirm it, but when we arrived the reception said they dont have room vacancies reception is rude

The musty smell as there is must in my room I am not sure if all the rooms same but I feel bad due to that

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Tabi. From the moment i arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in was smooth, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. But what truly made my stay exceptional was Anna, the hotel administrator. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure i felt welcome and comfortable. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, arranging transport, or simply greeting me with a warm smile every morning. Anna's hospitality was unmatched. Her genuine care and attention to detail made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend it, if you want a place with staff who truly care. Thank you Anna, you are a gem! We stayed here for 7 nights! n/a

Good location

Our room was comfortable, felt clean, and had what we needed. It was dark but fine. The AC worked, everything worked. Not the cutest room ever, and the WiFi didn’t work great, but it was still comfortable for me and my child especially with the price and the location. I understand people mention the smell and the WiFi. The WiFi is weak and it does cut in and out and things do take longer to load. Would not be reliable if you need to work When you walk in it smells like a swimming pool a little, a little damp but our room smelled fine! DO NOT copy and paste the address of this hotel used by google maps!! Type hotel tabi into maps only, and don’t copy that address into any taxis because it will give a different location for some reason. Also finding it was inconvenient. I had luggage and a small child to wheel down a one way road without any signs or help from the owner. The hotel is behind Ibis hotels, it is behind a restaurant away from the street. You must walk down an “alley” (across from Bernard restaurant) and look for a sign that says “hotel tabi” hanging from a tree. Also they only take cash!

No card payment was accepted and the minimum fridge was not clean. Also the Google location of the property is not accurate and it was tough to find the property.

Not provide drinking water

Awesome and good location and very clean hotel

The very central location. You had everything within 5 minutes walk. The cats. I like cats, but their regular dancing on the roof at night, fighting, playing, running etc., but it was a very small price to pay for an exceptional hotel experience.
