We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the heart of the historic part of the city, just 100 meters from Liberty Square. Set in a beautifully restored 200-year-old building, it perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The renovation has been done with great attention to detail, creating a stylish, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. Lili made us feel special by treating us with wine, and Georgi's warm smile and friendly attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. Excellent location in old Tbilisi just a few steps from Liberty Square. Charming historic buildings with modern amenities. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Lilia the host. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator, but we got help from the front desk staff with out luggage up and down.

This place is absolutely great! First of all, it's really well located, a few steps away from Freedom square, many restaurants, coffee places and within walking distance of most of Tbilissi's landmarks which is great. The room is then fantastic, it's beautiful, you have everything you need and more, the room is really comfortable and we had an amazing time there. The bed was one of the best bed I've ever slept in my life. The cherry on the cake is without a doubt Lili, the owner, she is super nice and makes your stay even better! Can't recommend enough! Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Fantastic location and facilities. The staff is very nice but also you get a lot of privacy. The room has all the appliances you need for a longer stay but very enjoyable even for a short one, amazing espresso machine.

Very clean and modern in the city center The staff didn’t properly communicate the codes to enter in advance and there was no one when we got in - we had to wait for the receptionist to come. He was also not very friendly

Location, cleanness, staff- everything -

Very friendly staff, super comfy bed, super bedsheet, amazing location and super support with any of our questions and requests . We felt at home already before arriving, as Lili the Manager has contacted us beforehand and we could arrange several bookings for activities during our stay. Also parking is nearby and convenient, just ask for details. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The service was exceptional – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay even more relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt both cozy and thoughtfully designed. It’s a perfect choice for families or groups of friends traveling together. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook and spend time together, which added a lot to our experience. There’s also a lovely balcony overlooking a traditional Tbilisi “dvor,” which made mornings and evenings feel extra special. And the location couldn’t be better – right in the center, close to everything, yet still peaceful enough to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that combines authenticity, comfort, and great hospitality.

Clean and nice room in a great location in Tbilisi. It's in a walking distance from several must visit places. There are lot of restaurants nearby. Also, Lily helped with any questions we had.

Excellent location and charming apartment with more than enough space. Laundry machine was appreciated as was the attentive front desk who answered all our questions very quickly. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

The bathroom was quite small but we didn't mind.

Wonderful and warm hostess in Lili, made us very comfortable. Each individual apartment has a mezzanine floor to maximise the space. Plenty of cupboards and beds to house a family. Location is very central and one minute from Liberty Square, Coffee shops and bars all on the doorstep. Slight lack of privacy due to the nature of the layout of the whole property - as a typical Georgian house of its period, a verandah runs around the back onto which the apartment windows overlook. This can feel a bit impersonal though the long net curtains help. Drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly and our wash basin was cracked which leaked water onto the floor. Not a big deal though. Ceilings are thin so can be noisy if other guests/neighbours are walking about late.

It is located at the best location in the city center. Near all the attractions. Good staff House keeping was done twice during our 7 days stay. Half of the time there was no TV in our room.

We stayed at this place for the second time, but it was our first time in the penthouse. The penthouse is amazing. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings, and the rooms are bright. The bathtub placed in the middle of the room is a very nice design feature. Lili, the administrator (or owner, I’m not sure), is very helpful and friendly. This place is one of the best we have stayed at in Tbilisi! Thank you! Please fix the bed, as we already mentioned that it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, please repair the second shower button. Overall, everything is amazing.
